The item took about three weeks to arrive. Once it got here the item cam in a small bag which seemed odd. I opened the item and it was squished flat and had no rigidity to it as depicted on the website. The spot where the mouth should have been was closed and design of the mask was no where near the same as the one pictured on the website. After getting the item I started to look deeper into the site. The reviews seem to be fake since there is no way to create an account and leave a review.

On the site joyplayland.net, for issues, you are supposed to contact [email protected], I emailed this email and a Linda Garza replied offering a 10% refund. I followed the instructions from the tracking email to their Dispute Resolution Centre. I filed a claim via their site and a Ariana Rose replied offering the same 10% refund.
The product tracking page shows that it shipped from Hangzhou General Warehouse in China.
I used PayPal to make the payment and the Seller came up as Kien Trung Nguyen. Listed on PayPal in a message when you want to start a dispute on a transaction it asks that you contact a different email for resolution before making a dispute claim. That email is: [email protected], which leads me to this site, https://makotaz.com/, which seems to be another fraudulent site advertising high quality products for low prices then sending very low quality items.

Once I disputed the transaction via PayPal's process the email listed was different than the first two. The email is [email protected]. Which leads me to this site, https://liutiudiu.com/, which seems to be another fraudulent site advertising high quality products for low prices then sending very low quality items.

I have identified the main site and two other sites linked to this Business/Person that seem to be defrauding people by advertising high quality products for low prices then sending very low quality items.
The package shows that it was shipped from Lakeis Gohnts, 1207 Laurel Lane, Grapevine, Tx 76051 which seems to be a house. In the dispute via PayPal the Seller is requesting that I return the item and pay for shipping to their return facility at this address: Discovery complex, Block A, 302 Cau Giay St., Cau Giay District, Ha Noi City, 100000 Phone number: +84 0354941044
