Get flyers in the mail at least 1 to 3 per month... They talk about real estate investors who are interested in my property, they give me a cash offer on the flyer, they say house as is more or less. Make no repairs, Do i pay closing costs,and more. Name on Flyer says Julie private real estate investor. Call today 253-785-4700, You have 17 days to respond for the cash offer. They say they are Veteran Owned and Operated.

Selling on market place, messaged me and said send me code, unfortunately I did,they said call couldn't go through. Wanted another number. Gave them 1 and they asked landline or cell and send another code. So PISSED OFF. They got 1 phone number

I answered a local phone call (expecting a local business to return my call). A lady answered "Hi this is Julie. Can you hear me okay?" I did not respond. She said "Can you hear me clearly?" I said "Yes" and she hung up. I called the number back and a recorded voice said "The survey is now closed." I googled it and found out about the "can you hear me" scam where they use your "yes" as confirmation for unapproved charges and identity theft. I'm reporting the number in hopes it will be investigated to prevent crimes. Thank you!

Julie called give and asked if I could hear her. Can't believe I said yes. Then she went on to ask if I want a loan from her company. She did not name her company. I said no absolutely not. I think it was a real person because she reacted to my response by sounding flustered. Then she wished me a good day. She also asked for me by name.
