This Kasey Bozhuk person has tooken over 800 dollars from my cashapp and now has a hold of my funds on my chime. I don't know this person. Also, I ask to dispute this transaction but nothing has been done. I called the 409 number plenty of times and nobody answers. I received pictures from the receiver email with fake legal documents with some else information on it. It did have my name in the corner but had someone name under mind. It wasn't signed by the courts nor a judge.

My brother gave me permission to talk to this woman to see what is going on. She told him to send an email and he did. She has not answer or return my calls or his calls. He was never served about this. She don't have the address he is living at. Somebody name Luis according to the paperwork was the person who served him. That was a lie. I see she also have a police record so she makes me feel like she has something to hide.

I'm sorry you feel this way. But it looks like you have some misinformation. Please feel free to contact my office again. It looks like on November 3 of 2022 the 409 number was working just fine as you made an agreement, however once again you did not pay your debts which is why there is another legal hold on your account. I have also attached your public records file from the Court, which is all signed by the Judge as well as file stamped. Please feel free to reach out to my office, you have the number, or the Harris County Justice Court for any questions as this is clearly not fraud just another attempt to not handle your business. Last year this person placed a hold on my bank account and took all monies in the account. Today, this same person has placed a hold on my CashApp account for any future monies that i may acquire.
