Uh oh I’ve just recieved the smokeless bonfire for $59 ha ha ha it’s for Barbie and Ken when they go camping... I’ve been offered 50% discount... I just want to return it for a full refund but they won’t give me their address! Awful... filed a dispute under PayPal... let’s see what happens...

Ordered WORLDS GREATEST DOG TOY...it's a giant tennis ball. Item never arrives. Then shows up 2 months later. Not as pictured. Quality crap. And I only received 1 -- ordered 4. So I basically paid $60 for a dog toy which lasted 10 minutes. Asked paypal for a refund. Denied after 2 months.

I ordered a typewriter style keyboard with programmable return bar and stand for tablet or phone. They sent a junky keyboard worth less than $5. The seller offered a 10% discount, then 15% when I got PayPal involved. Now, to get a refund, I have to send it back to China, which they know is ridiculously expensive. This seller is terrible and fraudulently advertised something that was not sent. You can see what was promised and what was received. Do not buy from this seller.

Same story as everyone else, however today Paypal denied my claim, despite my sending the junk keyboard back and providing the evidence of shipping and tracking

I opened my case in August however I didn't send it back as they said it would cost 20 to ship. I bought an animated shark and received a tiny plastic shark. Anyway, paypal kept postponing my claim and today I went to check on it and it completely disappeared and no refund. So disappointed in paypal.

I ordered the same product as you and was sent the same "bait and switch" schlock as you. PayPal wasn't very helpful. They asked me to communicate with the seller before filing a claim within 21 days. I refused to pay the return shipping amount and a restock fee, which was just another way for them to get more money from me. After weeks of deliberation with these scammers, I agreed to a partial refund and to keep the inferior product they sent. I believe their tactic is to just wear you down until you realize it's not worth the fight. Buyer beware. If it seems too good to be true, it is.

I've ordered a Typerwiter Style Mechanical-Wireless-Wired keyboard by a Facebbok ad, 50% discount, and received a normal flat keyboard, chinese stuff that is sold everywhere at no more than 10€.
Asked for the refund with PayPal and they'll refund if I'll send the item back to China only.
The price for sending back the item is about 22€, the value of the refund is 49€, I've already lost € 12 for the shipment of the wrong item.
PayPal allows these scammers to do what they want, it's unbelievable!

I ordered 1 animated pumpkin with built in projector. What I received is a very small plastic pumpkin that cackles and flashes a small light inside. The face does not move, as advertised, it does not talk and it does not have a projector within as advertised. It is very small as well. It fits into the palm of my hand.
I would like my money back. The total came to $35.97 and I could have found something similar to what I received at a Dollar Store for 50 cents!

I saw an advertisement video on Facebook feed for a beautiful large 3 -tiered , mirrored, lockable jewellery box with a handle , and with a lock and key .Absolutely beautiful in the advert . I paid 97 dollars for this Large jewellery box .There was a drop down for small, medium or large and I definitely chose large plus it states it on the order , including on the Paypal order receipt . They sent me the SMALL . So I contacted the seller first , who offered 5% then 10% refunds ..which I refused .Then I escalated it to Paypal Resolution and that resulted in them saying I've to send the item I received, which isn't the correct item, back to an address in China and tracked . No way will I be doing THAT . It's a heavy box though small ..so I may as well just keep it and put small trinkets in it .I'm furious at Paypal , as well as the seller as this obviously happens a lot .And see photos ...no way is it tiered and large , lockable and mirrored! It's so smalll.

Order a talking and moving jack skellington and also a talking pumpkin for my kids which they was over the moon to get...well turned up today a poxy jack teddy and a small plastic pumpkin head with don't talk just makes an awful noise which I could have bought from poundland. I'm now 50 dollars down thats without the handling and shipping. I'm so angry that people find the need to rip off others.

I ordered a battery operated chainsaw for 29.99 + 5.98 S&H. The receipt they sent clearly showed what I ordered. What arrived was a wood-cutting chain with two straps. I was offered a 5% refund, then 10%, and lastly 30% with the seller telling me that was all PayPal would give me anyway. PayPal told me I had to return the item in order to get a refund. Seriously it is over $50 to ship with tracking and then I still have to wait for the seller to say the item had been received.
