I didn't recieve what i ordered.
I ordered a 8 mode high power flash light that had many led bulbs.. i paid over 65 dollars.
The packaging was all beat up.
The light worked but only has one bulb and my little rayovac flash light is brighter than this one. I will send it back and would like a full refund.
It says guaranteed satifaction
Or your money back .
Now I'm finding out other customers have been ripped off too..
Very dissatisfied customer.

We also got caught out with 5he fire pit. $67 US ( more Australian) for a ‘fire pit’ that is smaller than a large scented candle. Have requested a full refund from PayPal based around falsely advertised product. Avoid this company like the plague

I bought pumpkins for 99 dollars and received dollar store pumpkins. I tried to email them vip@babylove and it came back unknown. I then attempted to deal with PayPal and several days after emailing PayPal they had sent me an email stating I had a day to respond. So I emailed again and it deleted my email right in front of me. Total scam and PayPal is participating in it. They were supposed to be talking pumpkins. I got funky plastic buzzing pumpkins I could get at the dollar store. And paid 99 dollars. Scam scam scam and I’m not the only one.

I just ripped off for 4 of these surf boards and paypal aka portal for scammers protected them to, I paid to ship them back and they still with insurance and signature would not refund me. I will do everything in my power to expose these guys and facebook for running their initial ad which I clicked on should be aware that they are scamming and defrauding their social media base

Ordered a flashlight from facebook page...Item arrived wrong country charger, would not charge or even turn on and after 20 emails back n forward of them repeating themselves they offered 10%. Just received an outdoor fireplace (Firepit) and it just made me laugh ,it is such a con.
$67 buys something which in the photos looks like you could gather the family around but, in reality it is so small , maybe 6 inches tall and 4 inches wide, it is smaller than my kettle !
Having read the rest of the complaints about this scammer company and the inability of PayPal to stop them trading through them , I will take this on the chin as not worth the angst of even trying to get my money back but, how Facebook have also allowed them to advertise is beyond belief.

I was ripped off by this company also and Paypal initially sided with them. I was able to appeal there finding and now they say I can get a full refund once I send the items back at my cost.
Why should I pay to return goods I never ordered. This company is a scam and Paypal let them get away with it.

Should of known better than ordering off a US company but unfortunately I also fell into there trap. A very good video on Facebook I must say, the flashlight I received is nothing like advertiser description.
I could off pick this up for $10 dollars.
Shame on Pay Pal for letting these transactions take place for so long.
Put it up to experience and do your homework before believing anything you see and read on Facebook.

Paypal are enabling this company to get away with their ongoing theft and need to be boycotted till they do something about the multiple complaints re these frauds.

People give up on the Paypal side of things way too easily. But at the same time people also do not bring anywhere near the evidence that they should when they go to Paypal. We got a refund from PayPal, and most of our difficulty came from the fact that we purchased it as a guest user of Paypal rather than a registered user. After we got the claim attached to both an account and to the transaction in question, we just had to present the evidence of the bad faith that the seller was acting with (the ridiculous refund offers while trying to force us to pay shipping back), the fraud that they commited (which was actually a federal crime), and make it clear that we were perfectly willing to return the items, if the seller provided us a return shipping label for them. For the last part, we did make the argument that the seller's returns policy was not valid as the items shipped to us were not being returned due to buyer's remorse or our changing our minds, but the fact that they were in fact not what we had purchased. We had both links to the current page that keidson was using as well as archived (via Wayback Machine) versions of the page they were purchased from. You also have to be unrelenting and firm with both keidson and PayPal, without snapping on them.

Like many reviews here, I order a product from this company and what I received did not match the website description for the product. In my case it was supposedly a large stainless steel fire pit. The product I received was a tiny camp stove with half the dimension of the fire pit advertised. I have opened a case for a refund against them on Paypal. Do not do business with this company! It is fraudulent. Full stop.

I also was ripped off by this company . It's the second time I've been ripped off by simular ads. That promice you one thing and send you a cheap , not even the one they were advertising. I'm with you on the boycott ofpay pal. They defended the last company that I got ripped off from.

Many of us on this forum have been robbed by these scam artists, I also am one.
Paypal are aware of the complaints that have been directed against this company but still process their payments.
I hold them partly responsible and am advocating a boycott till they do something about these thieves and stop processing payments for them.

Paypal sides with Keidson when I opened a dispute. So since using Paypal is not the safe and secure method of payment I thought it was, they lost a customer of almost twenty years - just because they subsidize crooks like Keidson rather than doing what is right. I am now trying a dispute thru the credit card provider I used with Paypal.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered (4) 6 in 1 Raptor Shears from them what I received was (4) multi-tools. When I reached out to the company they said that I could return them but would have to pay the return shipping and said nothing about getting a refund. Unfortunately I didn't see the reviews until after I had purchased the shears. They stated if I didn't want to keep the items I could give them away as gifts or sell them to someone that might enjoy them. Doesn't sound like they are interested in giving me a refund. Fortunately I paid through Paypal and have escalated the transaction through them. I am hoping to have a good outcome.

I got caught up in this same scam as well. Has anyone gotten a reasonable resolution from PayPal? They’re offering me a refund for what I paid but I have to send the multitool back to China. The cost of that with a tracking number that PayPal insists on is what I originally paid for the shears. Makes no sense to me that I should pay to ship back this piece of junk that I never asked for.

I bought a musical instrument. I was sent a toy. I requested a refund, and was told they would give me a 10/20% refund (not acceptable). I opened a PayPal dispute, but due to the fact I didn’t opt for a signed for return, PayPal shut my dispute in their favour. They item they sent was unwanted and worth less than signed for delivery.

I got this light for my husband for his birthday since he always loves cool flash lights. It was delivered today. It does not work, we tried charging it. It has a loose wire and won't light up unless plugged in with battery charger. Also does not look like it has a a high or low setting? Could not figure out why it didn't work and when unscrewed one of the black wires is just hanging not connected or soldered onto anything. Box is smashed in one corner but don't see how that could have affected anything since the outside of the light is intact.

Also looks like a cheap knock off of the light that was originally advertised and the one thought I was purchasing, so even if it did work it is still not the one it is suppose to be as far as light output and quality. I spent $60 on a flash light that is not usable unless plugged in charging. no use at all!
