I ordered from Keruitegs.com, they emailed me a shipment confirmation with a China Post tracking number. When I tracked the alleged shipment through their tracking link it showed the package was delivered, which it was not delivered. I then tracked it through the USPS web site and it showed that a label was created but not shipped. I contacted Keruitegs by email and they claimed it was delivered. When I provided the information proving it wasn't shipped they offered a 20% refund.
