Pure Joy Bites and Keto Max Labs Are a SCAM Operation

I purchased supplements online for $61.00; however, they changed my credit card $159.85. A month later they charged my credit card $149.85, without my authorization. They never sent me anything. They are a bunch of SCAMMERS and FRAUDS. I will pursue this untill members of both companies are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and put in PRISON.

I looked up Kelly Clarkson weight loss. I went to the wesh network where Hoda was interviewing Kelly. There was a script underneath that has links to a supposedly legit website. It was not. I ordered 3 bottles with get 3 free. I filled out the payment info and as soon as I put in the last digit the website just disappeared. I knew then that I just got scammed. I received the order and the gummies they sent were horrible. One month later I received an email from Keto Max Labs stating my order had shipped. I didn't order anything but apparently the first order authorized this order. I didn't see that verbiage because the website just disappeared. I contacted them and they told me there was nothing they could do and that they sent me an email warning me that it was coming. This email went to my spam account which I found interesting because I'd received all the other emails. I asked if I could return the items and they said no. They also charged my account twice for this second order. I sent the pkg back anyway and my credit card company is helping me with a dispute. The outcome is still pending. Stay away from this company (address was a personal residence). HUGE SCAM There is also a Miami FL location as well.

After an ad popped up about this product, all I wanted was information about the keto gummies. 2 " free" pamphets were emailed to me after filling out an online form. It asked for a credit card before sending the "free" information (which was not helpful & badly translated. Then, within minutes, I got a text thanking me for an order costing $239.70.

I replied that I did not order this & was told I can't cancel because it was already shipped! And, within 48 hrs.,a pkg arrived with 6 bottles of gummies. The ingredients are sugar & glucose...that is not a keto ingredient. I emailed twice & they offered me $30, then $40. Not OK.

They ripped me off with false advertising & return policy. Emails I received said they can't accept a return from a bundled product. ????My credit card co. started a fraud claim & said they have had multiple claims from them & to call the bbb.

I did that & they gave me this website to report this fraud. I do not have their phone #, so on the previous page I entered my cell, since your form required a number.
