I purchased some watches from this company and the quality was terrible. I attempted to return the product with the plastic sleeve and the merchant stated that because I opened the package that the items were sent in I wouldn’t get my money back. I took pictures of the items and downloaded to SHEIN and the same watch that I paid $74.00 for was there for $9.00.
