I had purchase an item from them on December 15th 2024 and we are about to be going into March 2025 and I have not received an email about shipment or order status nor they haven’t responded back nor a call back! I have left messages several times and nothing has been returned or resolved!

I've made an order over a month I have emailed them several times I called the phone number is not in service I'm starting to think this is a scam and I want my money back

Made a one-time purchase for vitamins. Within that same month received THREE charges for $29.99. I replied to the confirmation email like it says to if there’s a problem, went on the website and filed a complaint to them, and also sent an additional email to the email listed on their website for any issues or concerns. I haven’t heard a single response back not even once. I’ve had to dispute the charges several times with my bank and over a month later and I still haven’t even received the vitamins. Sure seems like a huge scam.
