Krusaders Fitness will contact individuals via Instagram and offer them the opportunity to be a brand ambassador for their company. When they do so, they are going to give you a discount code to use for 40% off. You will place your order and receive a confirmation email. Krusaders Fitness will charge your credit card. However, that is the end of it. They never ship you your product. When you go back to the website to check the status of your order you will get a notice that the site is closed and they are filling orders. I sent them multiple messages on Instagram and via email and not one response, when prior to my purchase they responded immediately to each question I had. I did some research and found this is their normal routine. They will open their site to scam you then close it once the scam is complete.

I ordered online because they ask me to become their ambassador but the items of worth $100 plus never arrived! They told me it’s on the way, but i keep on messaging them because it’s been 2 weeks and nothing happened. ??‍♀️

I was contacted on Instagram by one of their many Krusader Instagram pages, to become a brand ambassador. I was supposed to purchase 2 items and would receive the ambassador package in addition to my purchase. I placed an order January 25, 2022, it took 15 days for the 2 shirts to ship and another 5 to receive the items. They never shipped the ambassador package, so I decided to send the package back within the allowed refund timeframe. The package was received back at their facility on 02/28/2022, and as of today, I have not received a refund or any communication regarding my return or refund. Being a full time police officer, I plan to contact their local law enforcement agency for legal action. I purchase from many fitness brands, this one is a SCAM, avoid it by any means!

I recently started a fitness page on IG, where I was contacted by Krusaders, asking me to become a brand ambassador. It seemed very legit, and they told me all I needed to do was place an order to begin. I did, and then right after they started avoiding me. Two weeks later, and I have finally realized it was a scam after doing much research. No contact from them, no way to get money back, and just so many red flags. Honestly I’m pissed off at how they just get away with it and not many people are warned. They need to be given legal action and prosecuted.

Krusaderfitness contacted me on Instagram asking me to represent them and so I agreed and I went to their website and purchased some clothing. A week passed and still no tracking info on my purchase. Their excuse was that they are a big company and get big orders... a lame excuse because I represent Buckedup and they get a lot of traffic and yet they've never had any excuses. KRUSADERS.COM is a scam and all they do is sweeten you up to buy a product that you will never receive. Then they make excuses.

I was messaged about becoming an ambassador for Krusaders . paid $33.18 for two shirts almost 5 days ago.still not shipped. No replies to my texts about my ambassador code or anything I text them. How do I get my $ back if possible? I'll be contacting by bank and filing fraud case with them and BBB. Looks like this is a major scam company.

I was contacted by Krusaders Fitness about becoming an Elite Krusader Athlete Brand Ambassador, I decided to go through with it and they informed me that I’d just need to make a purchase of a top and bottom and they would Include other goodies in my shipment. Once the money came out of my account I never received tracking details of my order. I messaged the Instagram account multiple times and never heard back from them. I emailed them and never heard back. I even sent text messages to the number that was given on the website and I have not heard anything back. This is completely horrible. They scammed me for my money and I just want to report this company. It is a horrible excuse for a business.

I placed my order on 6/24/20 and received a confirmation email of the order, but no updates on shipping. After about three weeks I started to ask for updates on shipping via email, text, and direct messaging to all three instagram accounts, one of which was the account they were reaching out to me on. I had read receipts on all of my direct messages, they have still not sent me one item, nor have they refunded me. They have also blocked me on all three Instagram accounts for inquiring about my order @krusadersfitness, @krusaders.brand, and @krusaders.army.

There are numerous complaints and I have spoken with a couple of others that have also had the same thing done to them, they promise to set you up as a brand ambassador and give you a discount and send you free stuff and then don't send you your product or issue a refund. I would have been content with just receiving what I paid for. I did notice that they had reached out to some of my other "athlete" followers and I'm sure they are going to scam them as well. I no longer have any means to contact them since they have refused to respond and have blocked me.

I was recruited by krusader fitness via instagram claiming they liked my fitness profile and thought I would make a good athlete to be a spokesperson for their brand. I was asked to purchase 1 legging and 1 top that I would start advertising. In return I would recieve a discount code for followers, earn commission on each purchase using my code and would be sent free hat, 2 tanks, 1 leggings, bag and supplements.

I placed the order and was excited to start. I recieved 2 tanks and 1 leggings (not what I paid for) after almost a month of waiting. I contacted krusader fitness and was told it was part of my ambassador free bundle and another package was on the way with my paid for legging, top and remaining free gear. It has now been 2 month, they have blocked me on all social media and are not responding to any forms of communication. I am now out my $105 US and I didnt even recieve my paid for order. Very sad and disappointing.

I was approached via Instagram direct message from Krusaders. I typically get these messages from companies wanting me to be an ambassador and ignore them but this one stood out to me and seemed legit. After being promised a variety of benefits to become an ambassador I purchased almost $100 worth of products. After one week I still had not received a confirmation email regarding my order, So I message them directly and was ignored. I sent emails, more messages, commented on posts, And even texted their online FAQ help number and the owner directly stated on the website. At this point I was fed up and told them not to send my package and simply refund my money. This was ignored and eventually almost 2 weeks later after posting a public message of the situation my package was sent. I spoke with someone via direct message and was promised a full refund if I returned the packages. I did so and after having confirmation from the United States Postal Service that it was delivered I have yet to receive my refund and have been blocked on Instagram and ignored via all other efforts. I am convinced at this point I am not going to get my money back and was completely scammed. I feel taken advantage of and this “company” has no ethical understanding of how to treat their consumers. Please help get rid of this company before it happens to more innocent people.

Was approached by company to be a clothing ambassador. I currently am doing this for another company so it wasn’t new to me. I ordered a pair of leggings and sports top and was told it would ship out in 3-5 days. I was very excited as I needed new leggings desperately. Days passed and nothing appeared. I began messaging them via Instagram and their chat located on the website. It took 2 weeks for someone to ever get back to me saying they were behind schedule and it would be out within the next business day. 3 weeks after initial order I received my products. I did not even get the top I ordered they sent a always tank top instead and the leggings were so cheap you could see my hand through them. They also Did not remotely match their description. After 4 more days of trying to get ahold of them I said screw it and called my bank. Thankfully I was able to get my money back from Visa. Looking into it further their name and logo belong to an fitness training company so they stole all that too.

I was contacted by Krusaders Women's which also has another page Krusaders Fitness which seems to be their main page on Instagram. They messaged me saying they loved my page and content and wanted me to be an ambassador. They said they would give me a special discount and after I make my first purchase then I can make commission if I post about their brand ad people use my personalized discount code. I received an email with all their info and then I was offered an even better deal. They were going to give me extra gear. So I made my initial purchase and then shortly after I got a welcome email and it said I would be contacted to set up y discount code and URL.

This is wherer things took a turn. No one reached out and so I contacted them via Instagram I direct messaged them and asked when someone would setup my Url and discount code and no one responded. Then I waited about a week and asked for shipping updates and no one responded. Then after 2 weeks I messaged agin. Someone finally responded on sept 5th and said be patient someone would send me and email. That was the last time anyone contacted me. After that I continued to email and direct message and nothing. Finally on Sept 9th someone had posted new content on their main instagram page and I made a comment and someone responded right back with a rude comment. However when I then asked them about my order no response again.

Today I received a message on FB that someone was starting a petition to report Krusaders as a fraud and scam. So now I was even more concerned. I started leaving comments on their feed and asking if anyone else had actually received their order or if it was truly a scam? This got someones attention as I got a quick message in my direct messages. it said Please be patient with your order. That was it no explanation no apology just be patient. So I messaged them back and let them know that people are calling their company a fraud and scam and also that their customer service is horrible. I also let them know if no one responds and gives me and update to my order which I paid for I would be reporting them as it had been over 3 1/2 weeks. My order was placed august 26, today is Sept 23. No order, no shipping updates, no communication.

I called my bank and they told me it would actually cost me money to file a dispute and additional money to issue me a new card. So I would actually lose money. This is not fair! these kind of companies are scammers and taking advantage of people , promising goods and not delivering. They should be shut down and not allowed to do business.
