Tge person and me were under contract - to buy a 50 MILLION REVENUE BUSINESS. I DID ALL THE WORK WE AGREED HED PAY FOR EVERYTHING UPFRONT SINCE I GOT HIM A DEAL WITH OPEN GAS CONTRACTS THAT WOULD TAKE CATRE OF THE DOWNPAYMENT HE INITILLAY PAID. MAKING IT A FREE PURCHASE. THE CONTRACT WAS FOR 7.5 Million with 5 properties involved. Up until the end i was taking care of everything when he started to threaten me finances and promises and he said hell give me 50/50 as promised and pay the attorney who got the deal formed my attorney. Finally one morning when i was rushing for a flight he calls me we meet and he makes me sign something under duress eith no notarization. He sent his own driver By the time i am home. He changed the entire narrative and took the deal to himself. Losing 2 years of work and 15 Million worth business bought at half price. I did everything. He promised and guaranteed on the promises of the life of his daughter and everything amd had me signed it. I now have to pay more than 500k due to him as he walks away with free properties, fuel incemtives and per location goodwill 400k and then he put his coam machines in the properties making money from there too even though his licemses is revoked he uses supreme gaming to get locations.
