I received a call that went straight to my voice mail as it popped up spam call from (314)934-2508. A woman named Natasha stated that she would be delivering certified documents to me on 07/16 between the hours of 3pm-5pm to my current residence and/or place of employment. She stated that she would be making several attempts to get my signature, then stated that if I was not able to sign during that time then it would be reported as a direct refusal to sign. She left a number 844-203-9307 to call back with any questions (a different person answers with every call, asking you to provide your personal information.

Received a voicemail for my husband on my personal cell number on June 18, 2024. They gave husband's full name and a case number to reference. The voicemail stated that he would be served with legal documents that needed his signature. If he didn't comply, the legal action against him would proceed. Stated to call the 'firm' at 1-844-678-3275, which is the Process Service Agency. They also stated that 'you have been notified of this legal action' before ending the call. (another scare tactic).

I called the 'firms' number from an unused line at work, and when they finally answered, I asked who they were - they gave some law firm name (I couldn't really understand them), and then I asked where they were located, and they said Los Angeles, CA...

The call came from the envelope number indicated 828-571-9511. When I looked up that number, it stated it was unused. The 844 number is listed as having a high potential for being a scammer. BE AWARE.

I was called by this number at approx. 1045 am the morning of June 24 2024. I received a message stating that I was in the process of legal action being taken out on me on behalf of "the client". The person's name was David Greer. Around the same time, my wife, mother, and father all received the same message. It was a real person, yet it was almost as if he was reading a script. My father, called back and the man proceeded to tell him that I was being sued for a payday loan of $500 and that he wanted $323 today to settle the debt or legal action would be taken. I called back later that afternoon and somehow, without being prompted to give the ext given in the voicemail, David Greer answered the phone. I replied that I was left a voicemail to call this number. Without asking any information as to my identity, Mr Greer proceeded to know exactly who I was and what this was about. He informed me that his "Client" was a payday loan company. I informed him I had never taken a payday loan in my life, they are illegal in my state. He attempted to get my SS number which I refused, and informed him I had never taken a loan like that ever. He immediately got agitated, told me that they now had my "statement" and would resume legal action and hung up. The entire call was less than a minute. This morning, June 25 2024, around 10 am, I received a voicemail from the same number only this time a woman, Beverly, claiming to be from a different company and that they were on their way to delivery papers to my house. I was also given the same phone number as David Greer to call and intercept the papers. I have not called back and as of this writing, no papers have shown up. I will add that in my county, we do not employ process servers, this duty is handled by the sherrif's dept. The number called from was (984) 319-1027 and the callback number was (833) 883-2922.

Calling and leaving messaging that i have a lawsuit regarding my home and do i want to make any changes or try to rectify the situation because i was about to receive a warrant and summons to court. I know this is untrue as i own a Real Estate Agency and am licensed Broker. I did not answer nor call them back but they left me messages.

I got a voice message from 405-328-6807 that stated I would be served papers if I didn't respond to the voice mail. In order to stop, I need to call the number. I did not call the number but checked for a scam instead.

Scammer said I had an active lawsuit against me and offered their services. Went on to say they could be paid via credit/debit card, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle bank transfer. Said they were not attorneys, if I wanted to fight my case in court, hire an attorney. They do not fight cases, they resolve debts.

INDIVIDUAL (ROBOCALLER) CALLED AND CLAIMED TO BE BRYAN BAKER. HE SAID HE HAD MY SOCIAL SECURITY #, ADDRESS AND WAS GOING TO BE GARNISHING WAGES PENDING LEGAL ACTION. HAD ME PRESS ONE TO SPEAK TO HIM. WHEN I PRESSED ONE, A LADY ANSWERED AND SAID BRYAN WAS BUSY. HOWEVER, THEY WERE CALLING ON BEHALF OF EZCORP AND THAT BACK IN FEBRUARY OF 2014, I HAD TAKEN OUT A PAYDAY LOAN FAILED TO REPAY IT. SHE SAID THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE ME TO COURT ON 2/20 IF I DIDN'T PAY IT. AT THIS POINT, I TOLD HER I HAVEN'T TAKEN ANY OUT ANY PAY DAYS LOANS AND EVEN IF I HAD, WHY ARE YOU WAITING 10 YEARS TO RECOVER IT? I HUNG UP AND LOOKED UP THE SCAM ON BBB. IT HAS BEEN REPORTED SEVERAL TIMES SO I'M NOT BUYING THIS HOAX.

I received a call this morning from a person by the name of Sarah stating that she was calling to inform me that the office of Benson & Jacobs Atty was filing a claim against me in the Iowa State Processing Unit. If I would like to discuss before I am served after 24 hours to call them and make sure I give them my claim number against me (*********) - After talking to a credit advisor - they have told me that these scammers are getting very creative in making themselves more believable. I did look up the website and it does look legit but, I did notice that it was copyrighted in 2023 and they also state that on "About Us" page it says about checking their success stories but there is nothing. Big red flag

This person has called my family in Las Vegas and is threatening to contact my employer to take legal action against me. Her name is Tricia Williams and she won’t indicate what company she is calling from or the reason she is calling. The number she is calling from is 855-458-6093 she references claim number of M-763108 and that the call is my Legal Notification of legal action against me and if I don’t call her back at 855-458-6093 I will forfeit my legal rights & they will come after me. I called back there was no company name. I was unable to leave a message and they said an error had occurred.

I do have the voice mail that she left me & my family member in Las Vegas.

I have been getting calls from a bunch of different number lately. Only two of the numbers left me a voicemail though and both voicemails said the same thing . It was a robot saying that if I dont call them back I will have to face the legal consequences. I never answered any of the numbers and I never called any of them back. This is the other number that left the same voicemail. 786-475-3195
