received a voicemail from an Allison Brooks at Lakeside Services Group saying we were on the phone together and I disconnected the call so she is moving forward with having me served me at my home at 12pm today and putting a lien on my property and my vehicles.

It was a voicemail, we never spoke. I never disconnected the call and she also never left any information on what the reason was. I have no outstanding debts or infractions against me. Total scam but she rattled off my license plate numbers and types of vehicles I own.

I was contacted from 775-522-5554 a gentleman claiming his name was Officer James Walter, badge # GS3128, case # DC7711. He spoke fast, double checked I was writing evrything down and asked me to repeat back to him. That's when I googled the case number. He claimed I was on a recorded line with all 3 letter agencies listening as part of an active investigation my local sheriff was supposed to inform me about. A package had arrived in Houston with my personal information, and it has been flagged for investigation and confiscation due to contents. He wanted to know when the last time was I traveled to Houston and I hung up.

I have received multiple voicemails from a “Dale Reynolds” and several other names reporting to be a claim investigator with Joseph and Williams.

They are stating in the voicemails that they need to have a call back by the end of business day or they will have to move forward with a law suit and I will be served at my place of employment, and a supervisor will have to be there to witness as well as, having two forms of ID available.

I have received the same threatening

voicemails over the past year, all claiming different reasons for the call. The most recent voicemail was on 05/20/25 claiming some illicit banking activity and that if I don’t call them back, I will have a lawsuit filed and my name will go into the check system. Every voicemail states a different reason for their call.

Please be advised, I do not owe any creditors or have any debt, or have ever participated in any illicit banking activity. THIS IS A SCAM! I would appreciate the calls to stop and for other people to know that this place is a scam as well.

Recieved call from 704-313-5972 said they were with process service dispatch and was going to be serving me papers and signature would be needed. If any more info was needed I would need to call issuing law firm at phone number 866-592-2166 and to reference case number **** was the first four numbers and was a total of 10 numbers for the case number. And if I did not call the legal department more legal action could be taken against me without my consent or knowledge and she said I have been notified and served. Called number and person prentending to be with a law firm said that I was being sued for an old credit card debt from a card company I have never heard of said it was bought out by bank of America and they were going to sue me to get their money because they have been trying to get ahold of me for over a year. He had my email address and home address and driver license number already because he kept reading them to me I told him I did not have a debt from any card company and he said he would send me an email with a document explaining the debt and I could sign it and settle the 6000 debt for 3000 dollars a "one time settlement offer" Email came to me from him was showing as from Mark Steinbeck via docusign [email protected] also had Mark Steinbeck [email protected] was said to be a settlement offer to not get sued but I did not open it I assummed it was malware or them wanting me to put personal payment info on a document so I did not open it.

Received call/voicemail from (984)489-0334. Gave a name and said they were with Stanly County Judicial. Said I have legal action against me. Also said they would be contacting my employer. Gave (855)903-1892 has number to call, and gave a file number ending in last four of my social. I did not call.
