received email from a frank harris [email protected] phone 252-421-4082 sent to me under the guise of LENDINGTREE for an approved loan of $10,000. conditions of repayment under policies of LENDINGCLUB. with conditions i pay upfront 10% of loan amount and other conditions. i was given a loan approval code: JRC897612. first, i've never received a loan with any upfront payment conditions, also, i called lendingclub and they aren't associated with lendingtree. i printed a copy of the email and the policy attached if bbb wants me to send it to you. i would have to mail it. i don't know how to send it over the network. this email would sound "fishy" to anyone receiving it. i was scammed a couple of months ago. had to have my banking acct chg's with help of my manager at bank, also had my computer scrubbed also. i have applied recently for a loan but didn't qualify for what i needed. this email offered $10000 over and above what i needed with no credit check.

This is the report filed with the Federal Trade Commission. My bank account was taken over and reimbursement claim(s) was initiated starting $1900 acting on my behalf. They would have gotten away with much more if I was not checking my bank account. I do not believe it is lawful for any personal loan or business loan agency to ask for access to one's personal banking user ID and passcode to verify income.
