They informed me that I have outstanding requirements after registering private business and they wanted me to buy their all in one labor poster, EIN, certificate of a status. At the bottom, it says I’m not required to purchase from this company and it’s not affiliated with the government.

Same as other reports. As soon as I opened my LLC through LegalZoom and received my Federal EIN, I received a letter in the mail '2025 State & Federal All-in-one Labor Law Poster' telling me I needed to pay $108 for the poster or risk fines up to 7K.

two days after filing for my business license in pueblo Colorado a client i work for and myself both received letters stating that we owe 108.00 for a all in one labor law poster that we have to display in our business ( i run a home office by myself) and she runs a jewelry store out of her home. they said if i do not pay the 24th of august that i will owe a 7k fine or face jail time they said this was a federal notice

Like others I opened an LLC and I received a letter in the mail that told me I had to purchase from them State and Federal Labor law poster for $108, As so stated that there could be fines of $7000 if I don't have the poster. I looked up the address no such place exists.

Organization "LPCC" stated my LLC was required by law to pay a "all-in-one labor law poster". Included QR code to make payment and threatened to charge $7,000 in violation/penalty if I didn't make the payment. Targeted towards LLCs.

After filing a new LLC company we received a letter in the mail that in order to be compliant with Federal Law we needed to have a poster of the labor laws visible in our place of business. As I have seen these throughout several business locations I believed this and we sent $108.00 to this company for posters that we never received and the money order was cashed by them.

After forming a new LLC, I received an official-looking letter telling me my business is required by Federal Law to post a current compliant labor law poster in the workplace and to send $94.00 for such poster. This is completely false. This "scam company" should be shut down ASAP!!
