on Facebook I received an advertisement for a human dog bed from Macy's. I ordered it for my grandson. I was charged 46.96 on my credit card. My card then was hacked for 130.00 in pizza. After looking at the confirmation email which appeared to be from Macy's, I saw the email address was from a kacartapps.com. I researched and found it is a scam company. I never received the bed.

An ad popped up when I was checking my email pretending to be Macys. It advertised free pots and pans if I just paid the cost of shipping. They got my address and credit card information. I called Macy's and verified it was not them.

The company issued me a tracking number, but no receipt. I contacted the company several times and got no response when following the tracking it showed the product was delivered on November 9, but it was never delivered.

I received an invoice from Macy's. I figured first someone took out Macy's credit card in my name, so I called the fraud department via Macy's number online (not what was shown on the invoice). No one at Macy's was able to find an account in my name and indicated it’s likely the invoice is fake. It looks very real and after investigating in depth, since no one at Macy's is able to help, I’ve been able to determine that the number on the invoice and the website to pay a bill is different than a standard Macy's invoice. Scammers are likely hoping someone calls the number on the invoice and provides a social or personal info.

Facebook had ad for Macys about a human dog bed. When ordering it is NOT Macys but a company called Geomi-Style. They are scamming people by people thinking they are purchasing from a reputable site such as Macys. In actuality, if Facebook can sensor with fact checkers why can’t they “fact check” their posted ads as well? Facebook is to blame for allowing such as ads.

I was scamned on Cloths purse and shoes. Seeing MACY'S, I thought it was legit online clearance store
I made purchase January 2023 spent $47.09 US Dollars
Long emails from them, saying it will deliver, I haven't receive anything.
They are taking money thru Tiktok or any social media platform. They collected funds on PayPal

They were advertised as Macys. They were selling clothing. I got in contact with them and asked where the clothing was coming from and they said in the US so I thought OK. Then after I had ordered, it said UK, and then it came up China. Also, once you ordered, if you bought 4 items you got a choice of a free item. I have had emails back-and-forth saying that it was coming, but it never did. In fact one time it said that it had arrived and even told me to check to see if my neighbors got it. Nobody got it, especially not me. Totally scammed. Following the tracking number it came from China into California . Then that was it. It gave some bogus info like it was delivered but never was.

I ordered 2 items for $2.99+ tax $6.28 with $10.99 shipping total of $17.27.
I know this was foolish but I wanted the idems.
Macy’s should check out company’ s like this one.

They had sweater on sale for 3 Dollars I brought 6 of them. I didn't receive no tracking number. I try call them it was a fake number
