I ordered two shoes and they only mailed me one pair of shoes but they charged me for two so can you please text me back and let me know if my other pair of shoes coming

AVOID!!!

I'm dang near positive that this whole setup is a scam. To make a long story short, I ordered shoes, I never received them, nor did I get a refund. They initially mailed the shoes (from Shanghai, although they are Ontario-based) to a VERY old address that I haven't lived at for over 10-years. I really have NO idea how they even acquired that address, but I'm sure it was (begin sarcasm) some sort of LEGITIMATE means (end sarcasm). After a month had passed, without any communication from their "company", I finally found the China-based tracking service which informed me that the package had made the long trip from Shanghai to Texas, and back again, without so much as a peep from Madixa. Now smelling shenanigans afoot, I canceled my card immediately. When I finally initiated contact with their "customer service", they offered to resend the shoes with a vague %15 percent discount. Although never specifying how this discount would be applied. I asked for a refund. Since I canceled my card before any further damage could be done, they asked for a new card number. Well, I may have been born at night, but not last night. I told them that if they had any decency they would supply the refund via PayPal, a secure middle-man. Well, they refused my request, so, before they do any more evil, I cut off all contact with them. I wrote off my $60s as a lesson on the true shadiness of it all. Trust me, DO NOT PATRONIZE THEIR BUSINESS! Oh, I also reported them to the Federal Trade Commission...

Madixa managed to be paid by using my PayPal account. I never received my shoes I paid for at time of order. I have been unable to obtain a phone number for this business!! I’m at a loss of my hard earned money to crooks such as this company, Madixa. I am furious over this. I hate a crook!!
