I made an order from the website for an item that said would ship immediately. Months have gone by and I have not received my order. I have been in constant communication with them, and they keep telling me the same thing over and over. They’re just stringing me along because they don’t want me to be able to get a refund they’ve been stringing me along for months saying that their warehouse did not ship the item but they still had it available at the time of my purchase and still charged me. They are just stringing me along so that their refund policy would not apply to me. I have found hundreds and hundreds of people being scammed by the same company. It seems they have changed the name of their company to Mario Capasa but their name used to be Valyou furniture. Beware. They are thieves.
