Scam charge on credit card

Do not know what this is for since I have not had any service clean the ducts in my home. This is a scam charge and how did they get my credit card number

They arrived set up a negative air machine which was vented into my living room. He pulled off one vent cover and said look at all the bacteria. I told him that bacteria isn't visible to the human eye but dust certainly was. He was offended and said that if I didn't believe him there was no sense in continuing. He disconnected his negative air machine never even looked at the dryer vent. Insisted on payment for 149 $ and stated that there was an additional service which his "office" was texting me (an additional 300plus) that would take care of the dust built up in the ducts.
NEXT DAY my regular AC guy came to service the system and said to take the vents down and wash them and put them back up because you can't really clean the telescoping type of ducts in newer homes. He couldn't help with the dryer vent as it runs through the cement slab the house sits on.
So I paid 149 dollars to have a young man tell me he is able to see bacteria...and threw a hissy fit when I told him I didn't believe so.
Since dust is about 40% dead skin and we each have a trillion bacteria living on us helping life to go on...

False advertising

I hired this company to come clean my air ducts after seeing their advertising in money pages. I initially called a month and a half ago and scheduled an appointment after confirming what was listed in the advertising would be what I would be receiving. They verified that the advertising would be $98 for unlimited vents cleaned, the high pressure negative air machine used, vents cleaned and vacuumed, camera inspection, organic deodorizer, air flow check, and attic insulation check. The company verified over the phone with me that those services are include for the $98. Well two days before my first appointment they canceled the appointment and I had to wait an additional 3 weeks after already waiting 3 weeks. Day of appointment, they finally come hook up the negative air machine and check my air flow on the A/c unit. That’s it. The technician said that your getting a basic cleaning which is only negative air machine and air flow check. That’s it. I didn’t receive an organic deodorizer, none of my vents were cleaned or vacuumed, no camera inspection to show me how it looked before and after, and no attic insulation check either. Each air vent was still left with visible dust, hair and other materialss. Their negative air flow machine obviously didn’t work because it didn’t suck any of that stuff up. He said the deep clean for $100 a vent would vacuum and clean each air vent. The gentleman was very polite, but their advertising was false and unprofessional for them to waste my time. I highly recommend anyone wanting air ducts cleaned to go with someone else. I would give them a half of a star out of five.

DO NOT USE - - MASTERS AIR DUCT CLEANING. My dryer vent which vents through the roof was blocked with lint. I found this local company through Google. Their Ad had a special for $79 which was a misleading price. Lost Leader/Bait and Switch. The worker stated the “$79 was a special and it is usually $150, BUT, what the office doesn’t tell the customer is; that price was for only 10’ feet of the vent.” The vent being on the roof was further than 10’.

When I set up the service I told the office the vent was on the roof, they did not tell me of the 10’ rule nor say it would cost more. It took him 2 min or less to run the brush down the vent. Which I don’t feel did an adequate job. He also left lint all over the roof to blow into my and the neighbors yards.

Later that day, when I received the invoice via text he charged me $351 vs $79, I did not agree to the higher charge. When he was preparing the invoice he never showed it to me nor I was never asked to sign it. I looked at my credit card bill and saw a charge for $351 was payable to 2BURZ TX AIR DUCTS +18888510946 US versus Masters Dryer Vent Cleaning Services, who I hired to do the job.

As I am writing this complaint I don't see their address listed on the invoice or website.
