Lost $310-Online Purchase Scam
Complete scam
I called the company immediately because I wanted to know how much I had been charged and if it was in US or CAD. They told me that I had actually bought 4 bottles at a reduced price and that it was in USD. I asked for a refund, but they refused and said that there would be a 20% restocking fee - even thought it hadn't even been processed or shipped yet and that I would be responsible for the return shipping cost.
I argued with the lady for at least 30 minutes as she tried to gaslight me and tell me thats what the website says...that I should have known etc... The website clearly states that you would get a full refund if you are not satisfied. About 10 days later I received my product, I opened the package to find out that they did not even send me CBD gummies...they sent me HEMP SEED OIL EXTRACT gummies. It clearly states on the packaging that there is NO CBD in this product. As well, they sent me a bottle of hemp oil and hemp cream which I did not purchase - yet they charged me extra shipping for. When I called back this time they said that I purposefully clicked on the hemp gummies and also I clicked on free trial offer, which I did not. I am fully aware of what I purchased and this is not it. I buy things online all the time and have never been scammed until now. Also when talking to the customer service rep (Phil - ext 9524) I asked him for the website name because I wanted to see what the heck he was talking about in terms of HEMP vs CBD gummies as I was sure there was only one option at the time of purchase, however, I couldn't access the website. He said that you can only access the link once and if you want to purchase more products that you would have to call them rather than go online again! I've since been able to find the website, thanks to another persons review on here and clicked on the tiny refunds link at the bottom of the page. Their return policy is clearly stated but it is misleading because one would never search the return policy when the ad so boldly claims that you get 100% return within 60 days. I will be sending this product back and have since cancelled my credit card so they can't charge me again seeing that most people have had reoccurring payments withdrawn from their account.

Popup ad on the internet: stated that all potential investors on Dragon's Den had invested money in this venture! It looked good so I started to fill in my info to order a trial bottle of CBD Gummies; then I stopped near the end and decided I had better talk to my doctor first; so I just got out of that site. Few days later I got an email from them saying I hadn't finished filling in my order and they would like me to try the product by sending me a "trial offer" for $4.95US. Sounded reasonable, so I ordered it by replying to the email. After some time I received 3 bottles: one of "natural hemp drops", one of "natural hemp candies?" and one of "natural hemp anti-wrinkle cream"! After investigating, I found that CBD does not come from hemp seeds. Then charges started appearing on my credit card to the total of $310.36CA (so far). Contacted credit card company and they were not interested in helping me. Then I found a phone number to call. I explained what had happened and they asked me if I had read the 2 pages of "terms and conditions" when I ordered. I said no. She said: "well, it states that when you submit a "trial order", 16 days later you are billed for the actual cost of the trial bottle. Further you are agreeing to a monthly automatic renewal!" I tried to say that I believed I was simply ordering a trial bottle of CBD gummies but that was swept aside. I also explained that I had ordered from their email solicitation and did not see the "terms and conditions". Nothing seemed to matter. She said that the next date I could cancel my automatic renewal was March 10 and she looked forward to hearing from me on that date! I will just have to keep going to see what can be done about such immoral and criminal greed! Be very careful everyone! I guess this is the chance we take when ordring from "pop-ups"!

Website not found / another company pick up calls but you would not get a good explanation / I had to cancel my card cause I lost confidence on what they might do / also who knows these hemp gummies are not candy
Total lost $322
I called them to return the incorrect product that I received and they mentioned I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee and the website indicates you get 100% money back guaranteed. The customer service employees are very rude. What scammer's be careful do not order any product from these people. Here is the website they provided to me on an email. Check it out you cannot order hemp gummies you could only order CBD gummies.
The picture that indicates CBD was what I ordered not hemp. Please review the link below. I also added the email that indicates the link below for your information.
