My Medicare Benefits Summary for July 12 2024 reported a claim from Absolute Medical Supplies indicating that 40 Ostomy pouches were delivered to me each month in February, March, April, May and as well as 120 in June, 2024. 80 pouches for June were denied by Medicare. I did not authorize these items, did not receive these items and do not have a medical reason to have an ostomy pouch. Medicare approved and paid $2,054.10 and sent a claim of $524.00 to my supplemental insurance. Supplemental insurer denied the claim. I have reported this to Medicare as fraud.

Noticed a claim on my Medicare - Supplemental Ins. where this company had billed Medicare for an "Ostomy Bag"

for 02/2024, through 06/2024 for a total of $4,200. of which Medicare paid $2,875.73.

I have never had this nor any procedure requiring this. It's is fraudulent or a serious mistake.

Medicare was charged & paid 5 claims total 3668.00 paid 2875.73 . My supplement BCBS was billed/paid for remainder 733.60.

Dates Feb 5,24 -March 6, 24-April5,24-May6,24-June 5,24

Open fraud investigation with Medicare & new card ordered (take couple weeks) . Calling BCBS next

Please catch & stop these people , I’m told Medicare has had many many reports all over US

During a routine examination of my Medicare Benefits Summary, I saw where Absolute Medical Supplies indicated that an Ostomy pouch was delivered to me for the months of February, March, April, May and June, 2024. I did not authorize these items, did not receive these items and do not have a medical reason to have an ostomy pouch. The items were approved and paid for by Medicare totaling $3,668.00, with a claim to my supplemental insurance in the sum of $2,766.96 This was fraud against Medicare.

This company billed $4200.00 to Medicare and supplemental insurance for equipment not used, for a condition don't have, through a Dr. never seen. This has been reported to Medicare and is being investigated. They received $2,875.73 from Medicare. The Dr. involved has also been contacted. I see several complaints on-line for this company over the past several days.

I was sent back braces and hand braces from a random medical company in an attempt to bill my medicare policy. They have my personal information and I could not get a brace for surgery because this scam company was filing claims. A person called me and said I qualified for the free medical equipment. I have received medical equipment twice now and been unable to return it because the companies on the shipping address don't exist.

The man said I qualified for a back brace and a knee brace – totally paid for by Medicare-and he wanted to know if I had received it,

I said I would check with Medicare about this call. The man insisted we were on the phone already and it was a Medicare call. I cut them short, and hang up.

I want to report their phone number (1-240-534-0284), and their location is in Bethesda, Maryland.

USA DME Contacted me by phone. Offering free DME. I told them I did not need it. Gave them no Medicare info. They sent me back and knee braces and billed my Medicare number for it without me giving them my Medicare info or my permission. I am contacting Medicare to deny the charge. This is a scam.

Scammer tried to get Medicare information so they could bill my mothers Medicare account. I don't believe she gave them the information, she has Alzheimer's and can't remember if she gave them any information.

They sent me braces for my both knees and my back. Thet said it was covered by Medicare. I received information to fill out with the equipment. (mailing address: Hermes Pak n Ship, 7269n Washington St, Covington, Ga. 30014 US). I researched on line after I tried to call them and there was a company with a name like it. I called. This company said, they have received so many calls about sending medical equipment and billing medicare/medicaid. They have nothing to do with them and it is a scam. They asked that I Report it.

I received a letter from my Medicare Supplement insurance company outlining all claims made to my Medicare account. It showed claims that I recognized that are correct. However, there were 2 claims by a company called SVAL, but no payment was made to them by Medicare.

Then were two charges from G&I Ortho Supply, Inc. for services provided on April 21, 2023 and May 22, 2023 for a total of $2,985.00. Medicare paid out $2,008.60 for these charges, and my Medicare supplement plan paid out $512.40. I have called G&I Ortho Supply, Inc at their offices in Brooklyn NY, but no one answers the phone, and you can't leave a message. I believe this is a Medicare fraud scam and it should be investigated.

I noticed fraudulent charges from a Brooklyn Medical Device Equipment company for multiple charges to both Medicare (primary insurance) and Tricare for Life (secondary insurance) in excess of $41,000 for 1,600 catheters from May 2022 to May 2023. I don't use catheters nor have I ever received any catheters from this company nor would I ever purchase anything from Brooklyn, NY because I live in San Antonio, TX. Totally Medicare insurance fraud. This company has no website and nobody ever answers their phone. A Google Earth check of the address shows it to be a residential brick apartment complex in Brooklyn.
