Ordered and paid $81.90 for what was advertised as a handmade quilt. It looks nothing like what was pictured. A cheap piece of material that had no resemblance to the advertised product. This was paid for through PayPal, but good luck with getting your money back

Order of unicorn rug which cost me $59.90 I put my order in May 20th 20/20. At the end of June I went to my bank for them to investigate the charges. Because I have not yet received my rug. Went on website to find a phone number and it was a different company number. The representative that I talked to let me know that I was not the only one that called their company for their product. So when the bank started their investigation it took the company 2 weeks to send me my rug. The quality of the rug was not worth the money I paid ,will never order again from a website before Googling first! My advice to you is get your bank involved if you're not yet received your merchandise!

I ordered 2 king sized dragonfly quilts for 80.95 each and received neither. Company won't respond. I ordered one on 5/19/2020 and paid them directly. I ordered second 5/21/2020 through PayPal. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE COVID 19!
Haven't gotten a red cent back.

I ordered two products, a throw and a quilt. On their website, both appeared to be hand sewn folk art. What was delivered was unrecognizable--in fact, I was confused by the packet I received, wondering who'd sent me a cheap bedspread. Literally had no resemblance to what I ordered. The company requires the customer to return the product to HONG KONG for a refund, which in my case means I'll only receive about 1/3 what I paid from this fraudulent scam company. PayPal was unhelpful in resolving the matter ("You've received a full refund offer from MEWE GALLERY COMPANY LIMITED" PayPal tells me, but it's the same offer MEWE made--they'll give me a refund once they get me to shell out $67.00 to mail the 3lb. package to Hong Kong). Facebook is also responsible; they ran the ad that first brought the products to my attention. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Agree 100%. PayPal was polite and businesslike in trying to "negotiate" a refund, but since the customer is required to return the fraudulent, hideous, unrelated-to-what-was-ordered product to Hong Kong at their own expense, the best one can recoup is about 1/3 of their outlay. PayPal needs to quit doing business with MEWE Gallery! What gives, @askpaypal?

I purchased a rug for $60. I received no invoice, no tracking info. When it finally arrived it looked nothing like the website and was the texture of a thin blanket. Now I cannot find any way to contact the company for a refund. This is total misrepresentation.

You can send an email to [email protected]; I received a response, including an invoice that I had to ask for, from them. However, I assume you'll receive the same "refund offer" I did, which is you must pay to ship your rug, which bore no resemblance to what you ordered, at your own expense, to Hong Kong. My 3 lb. package cost $67.25, so I'm guessing yours will cost more than you already paid. I filed a complaint with PayPal but their "negotiated resolution" was for me to return the product at my own expense. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and suggest you (and everyone on this page) do the same: https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started.

I ordered a quilted bed spread and when it finally arrived it was a real cheap kind of material and not quilted. I returned it to the address on the shipping package from them and never heard from them again.The spread was 69.00 dollars and i paid with Pay Pal. I am on Social Security and sure would like my money back. Thank you.

I did the same thing! So frustrated with MeWe and PayPal...still going back and forth with the company who wants me to send the item back with with only a 30% refund and I pay the enormous amount of shipping. I also ordered the bedspread and got a duvet set, which is just like 2 sheets sewn together with an opening to put a comforter in it. The flowers on it are fuzzy looking like a bad photo.

Approximately two years ago was my first, and I thought last dealing with this company. Of course under a different name, which seems how they keep doing business. I had ordered a watch. The sparkly/diamond studded watch. Now I knew for 50.00 it was not true stones, but none the less it was really "Blingy" It arrived and was absolutely NOTHING like the ad. They asked for a picture, which I sent. Then came the return instructions, which I followed as well as keeping the tracking number. After two weeks of silence, I used the tracking number and found that the package had been delivered. The company says it was not. I was even dealing with the postmaster General in that area, and he guaranteed that it would be taken care of. NOTHING...I finally threw in the towel, thinking that the Postmaster was in "Cahoots" with these scammers. I also vowed to never shop online without the use of PayPal. Fast forward to present day. The beginning of July I ordered doormat. Yup, a doormat. It was cute, however it came in three sizes S M L. I Ordered the medium, which set me back 49.00. Yes, that's a lot for a doormat but, they last a long time and it was really cute. I kept waiting for a package to appear on my porch, and low and behold there was a package in my mailbox. I couldn't imagine what I had ordered that was so small and weighed next to nothing. Well it was my doormat folded in quarters in a plastic envelope. Surprise! It was nothing more than a piece of foam rubber with letters on it that looked like iron on tea shirt decals. Did not even resemble a doormat. It wouldn't withstand a breeze, much less any rain/snow or the wiping of any feet. This is NOT an exaggeration. It was crap. They stated that everything is handcrafted for the individual. Handcrafted my sweet &%$$. So now the fight starts .Luckily, (I think) I did use PayPal and they have helped resolve issues before. Hopefully, this too will be resolved. I will continue to post negative reviews and warnings when any of their products show up. They always have the cutest things, hard to resist. I have been sucked into sneakers, bra's, jeans, the watch and now the doormat. I have not been happy with any purchase. I don't buy because they have good prices, but because the merchandise always is eye catching.. I blame
the "Pandemic"for the boredom and shopping when you're stuck in the house. Im sure I'm not alone in this either..But I'm admitting to it. I sure wish I had known about this sight before. I'm heading back to the site where I purchased this so called doormat and writing the worst review that I am allowed!

I ordered a queen sized bedspread from Mewegallary. When it finally arrived after several months, it was not at all what was pictured in their add. It was a piece of junk! It was printed fabric with faded colors & poorly made. The picture on Facebook shows a beautiful appliqued quilt. Now I cannot get in touch with them at all. The only number listed is PayPal. I paid $82.00 for something I wouldn't let my cats sleep on!

I ordered a rug from Mewe Rug company on June 15th and they said it was sent out on June 17th, 2020 but I have not received it . It's been 4 weeks sent it was shipped out from them.
