I ordered a princess quilt in April. In June I received an ugly animal quilt not what I ordered. I asked PayPal to refund my money. $59.95 back. They asked me to return their ugly quilt cost me $30.00 the address was not correct. I received the ugly quilt back today. This company is a scam. I don't have this kind of money to throw away.

Off of fakebook ad I Ordered what looked like beautiful quality rug. Paid 120$ for it. Waited weeks to get it. Arrived in plastic bag folded up It looks more like a heavy blanket not a rug. Very poor quality product. No return shipment label. I want to return it and get my money back. Help

Awful company, I thought I purchased a rug to match an existing Rug Wrong. I paid 54.90 though Paypal and now the post is asking me to pay 27.00 to send it back, but I have a return label it will be free. What the H---. I will keep fighting.

A total RIP off joint. I stupidly ordered a 'rug'...I write this in quotations as when it finally arrived, was not much of a rug. This arrival occured after having placed an order May 4, tried through later May and all of June to track it down, only receiving snooty impolite and decidedly unhelpful responses, all in poorly written English. I resorted to escalating this to PayPal in early July and was actually requesting a refund at this point as I was on to this scam outfit. Unfortunately for me the product arrived and as mentioned already can hardly be called a rug. And this for over $100 Canadian ( $79+ US). The actual 'rug' would be on sale at a dollar store for maybe $15 to 20 dollars.Do not order from this company. Product is inferior if you do get it at all, that is.

Ordered a rug a few weeks ago from ad on Facebook. While initial emails kept updating status and then showed shipping was in process the only info I could find when checking tracking number on USPS site was that a label was created. No shipment ever received. Interesting fact too is that email showing shipping information with tracking number has disappeared from both my inbox and trash. Not sure how they did that. Will be filing a complaint with both PayPal and my credit card company.

I ordered a dragonfly quilt also. The same night, I began to have doubts about the transaction. The name of the company was Sationa but the invoice said MEWE. I emailed both Sationa and MEWE. Received a email from a guy named Jordon at Sationa. He said that the order was cancelled and my Paypal would be credited. There has been no credit for over a week and I have sent multiple emails to both Sationa and MEWE. No response yet. When I contacted Paypal fraud, they denied me credit. Now I plan to contact my Visa bank's fraud department. I would like to know if anyone ordered a dragonfly quilt and what was the condition. Please respond.

I ordered a "quilt" from them and it's awful. It's a printed piece of fabric with cheap machine quilting. I foolishly paid $80 for it and could have bought something like it from Target for $20. Never again! This company should be banned from advertising on Google or Facebook or anywhere on the Internet.

Returned to sender via PO July 2. Now the company is saying they mailed product but never got return. Disputing, again with PayPal! DO NOT waste your time with this company

I ordered a rug on Facebook on July 15th. I never got a conformation e-mail and haven't heard a word from them since. The arrival time was supposed to be 2 weeks. Will I never learn? Grrrr. I bought 4 Quilts from this fraudulent company. I got very poor quality materials and not 100% cotton; wasn’t the same type which I was interested on their site. I am working with Paypal to get my refund but it has been challenging to get my refunds. PayPal wanted me mail the items to Hong Kong and it cost alot and it is ridiculous. This is definitely a scam.

We ordered a king size quilt from this company in May. about a month later we go the equivalent of two sheets sewn together with no batting or quilting. Also it just barely covered the top of the bed. The cost was about $90. Dealing through PayPal I was finally offered a full refund if I ship it back with a tracking number. The best price I got for that was about $57. This company is a scam and PayPal should be ashamed that they do business with them.
