I ordered blankets for xmas gifts and they sent me a tracking number that indicates a label was made on Dec 15, 2020 but its never been shipped. Their email address no longer works as of today 12/21/20 so I guess I've wasted $80.

We made a purchase on site for a rug. Initially it was made November 4, 2020. We emailed and contacted PayPal. We were told that package was shipped and maybe stuck somewhere in transit. My husband then ordered a second one as he was told that if first package arrives just return and he would be refunded. I have since checked on this company and found very bad reviews as there are more than a few customers who have been misled into purchasing an item at a fraudulent company that obviously does not actually exist. This company has received payments through PayPal which makes it seem legit. It continues to rip-off people as I have seen on the internet reviews. I hope this will help in keeping others from being ripped off by this company.

f you paid with PayPal file an ICS (Federal Fraud claim) ..and open a case with PayPal and send them an attachment of the ICS fraud filing, I got them to reverse my payment

My husband ordered a rug November 4. Item was ordered for a Christmas present. It never arrived. He was told maybe postal Service is taking time with delivery. So he reordered thinking it was lost in transit. He is still getting message it is transit.

I purchased a twin wolf bed set for my daughter for Christmas I kept getting updates that it was being processed but nothing was happening so I asked for a refund and was told it was to late come to find out that this company is nothing more than a bunch of ripoff artists.So I filed a complaint with the FTC and I have opened a dispute with PayPal to get my money back they told me they sent it out but when I talked to the Post Office I was told all they did was take my order and created a label but never sent it out.SO BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY GO BY OTHER NAMES AS WELL sewhic.com is one of the names they use do no do business with them they take your money and you won't get your merchandise.

I ordered a rug in November. When I send them an email they say it was being held with other items at Border. They said they were going to send me another rug separately. Can't get any help from Paypal. Looks like I am out $70.00.

I ordered a bedspread and pillowcases which finally vacate after 5 or 6 weeks but it was junk it was like a sheet and it didn’t fit not even the pillowcases. It had no padding at all. I returned it and I still haven’t received a refund, even after I tried to contact them with the return tracking number.

PayPal should be held accountable. They’ve condoned their behavior and have known for a long time this is a fraudulent site! I too have been victimized. In this difficult year, China continues to flease the USA with the help of greedy entrepreneurs. Continue down this path and you to will be victimized. Hold on it’s coming. KARMA Bites!

I ordered a personalized tumbler from luckystore on November 27, 2020 order #LUKY2808 and they charged my credit card immediately. I keep getting all these ridiculous emails about them not being able to ship for one reason or another. They come from Tony Clarkson, Founder of LukyStore LOL! I ordered this as a special gift for a friend and as of today December 14th have not r eceived it. I had no idea that I was dealing with a company from Hong Kong!This is crazy! I want them to reverse the charges on my order. I will be contacting my credit card to try and get this resolved. Buyers be aware of who you are ordering from and don't get fooled like me. Very Sad.

I ordered a bedspread but it asked to click on how to pay and i clicked PayPal. It automatically took my money and sent a receipt but they never took my address when I tried to get back on i couldn't so went directly to PayPal and filed a dispute.

I also got ripped off from this company, 3 months ago,I ordered a quilt set $79 paid through PayPal never received product. They are advertising products through different names so heads up be careful. I just ordered something from a company called sewhic , and When I paid their name popped up mewe company. I had to call my bank and have them cancel that charge I did not want to get ripped off again!

On line purchase...from website...This company is a nightmare...Paypal or credit card company doesn't want to help get money back...I have a different address to send quilt back to.. I added it to the list...(printed my quilt with broken english. You send item back...they get it and say they didn't...they keep money and keep item too...scam all the way around. Item came from California...why can't we send back to California? MEWE hopes we will get discouraged and not send back and they send out inferior products and keep our money...help ...somebody...get our money back.
