I paid 59.95 for a rug that’s looks like a mini throw, cheapest looking thing I have ever seen would not give you $5 for it. Biggest rip off ever. No return info bot even going to try not worth my blood pressure rising. Live and learn, items look nothing like the picture.

I ordered a carpenter tool Jan 6th this year for 64,99 US$. After complaining over paypal, an alternative tool was delivered Feb 26th, which sells for 3 US$ in other shops. MEWE went up to 50% offering a refund, but I have no use for the alternative tool they delivered instead. In my opinion, its their business model to act like this. Since March 3rd PAYPAL is investigation this, and after a month they offered my 30% refund, which is 20% less what I had been offered before. Paypal should read the complains in detail and do some research on their own (especially in their own environment / Community) to check if other users have the same problems with some vendors.

So far I can say, that paypals resolution process is very inefficient.

I ordered an Edge Tool (for woodworking) off of the LUKYSTORE website. The "Third Party provider" was MEWE GALLERY COMPANY LIMITED as per the PayPal receipt. As it turns out, it was a bait and switch scam. The tool pictured in the offer showed a much better tool than the plastic peace of garbage that was sent to me.
I fired of an email to their "so called" customer support complaining about it. All I received was a stall tack-tick about delays due to covid-19. Still waiting for a reply. But I'm not holding my breath.

So far I've filed with the BBB, PayPal, AMEX Platinum, the FTC, and the FBI (IC3). So . . . 5 down and 3 to go: The Department of Justice, the Attorney General, and the Secret Service.

A rug was ordered but the item that was received is like a light-weight blanket. It does not have enough substance and crumples up on the floor like a piece of cloth. It was returned to the CA address on the package but came back to me marked "Insufficient Address, Unable to Forward." MeWe now offers me a 50% refund if I send the item to their Hong Kong address. If I were to do that and add that postage to what I paid to send it to CA, I would be further in the hole. Instead I will continue to file complaints with every agency I can think of with hopes that others will not be taken in by this company . . . and hopes that this company can be blocked from further fraud.

I ordered a comforter set and went to cancel order and no one will return my messages. The email address they give u is invalid. I want my money back! It’s a big scam. I have also contacted PayPal seeing how that’s who they seem to use for payment and they stated they would contact they seller to see if they get a response and they got nothing! I would like my money back

Total scam! Crappy material that I wouldn't use as a dog pad. Are you kidding me with this junk? I am contacting PayPal immediately to get a refund. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau for this horrible experience. The "rug" - cheap mat is made of thin material with a thin pad on the back. I waited over a month for a Christmas "rug" and finally got it on December 30th in a little bag. So incredibly disappointed and felt "scammed" for sure! Do not buy this inferior piece of crap! I would rate this company a negative 500! Save your money and don't give this inferior company a penny!

On November 18th I ordered 2 quilts from this company and 2 from Sewchic. I as of today, December 30 2020 got the 2 quilts from Sewchic. But I have figured out the scam with MeWe . They will send 2 quilts from Sewchic and the tracking numbers. Eventually you will get the ones from Sewchic..but when you file with Paypal about MeWe order, they'll send the tracking numbers that were on the Sewchic order. Also, once Sewchic gets to the local delivery office, they will change the priority number on the package but both show delivered the same day. Hard to explain but once you get what they're doing, you can see they are nothing but thieves. Paypal is not helping by ignoring all the complaints either.

I am almost exhausted from trying to get my claim solved! Ordered 2 twin Pink Flamingo themed bedspreads back in August. When finally arriving I received 2 totally different “Red” design bedspreads which I cannot use & do not need! I have filed claim with PayPal & Credit card company & they have sided with this Fraudulent Company! I am out $109.85 which I doubt I will ever recoup! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIDICULOUS COMPANY!

Buyer beware. IF you receive what you order, the only guarantee you will have is that it is extremely poorly made. I ordered 2 rugs which arrived months later and were extremely thin and flimsy and not even "printed correctly...the design was crooked. It looks nothing like the pictures on their website. Buyer beware. Pictures attached. The last picture is from their website of what I ordered to compare with what I received.

I never received my purchase of a Christmas comforter from them. I received e-mails saying that it was being made, being sent, there was customs problems and so forth. It is a scam company that I sadly didn’t investigate beforehand. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ! They say that they are located in the United States, which is yet another lie, they are located in Hong Kong. Do yourself a favor and a lot of hassle and don’t order anything from them !
