Accusing this Savannah girl of it being a scam, and she handled it really well. This happened in Guelph, reported to the police already

I signed a contract. I close my account when i realized it’s fraudulent but my gas bill is almost double than usual i dont who to contact to resolve this.

$8,000.00 plus scam to a blind person
She is a lier and commits fraudulent crime to every home owner naïve who is vulnerable and wants the credit of $25 for the last 6 months which is what she says.
Now I Have to pay $8,000.00 plus to CARBON LESS INC. because they a order of registration on my property
means this is for 5 years or a monthly payment for $121.00 plus.
How can we gather and claim this fraud to many people?
CALL THE POLICE IF YOU SEE THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR HOUSE.

MorConnect scam
When you realize you were scammed, you will be left wondering is this even possible? I was duped to sign a contract with morConnect, a company whose name I have never heard of. Their phone call is another scam. Just like the other person said, the lady who speaks over the phone speaks in a language which is totally unknown to you and the scammer who is the representative translates it to you according to her convenience. But when you call to dispute this issue, they play a recorded conversation of you and the phone lady. But now, she will be speaking in clear English and they make it seem like you agreed to all their clauses. Not sure what they do, to make it seem like this.
Beware and its better not to open the door to such people as they may come up with new ways to continue their scam.
The scammer gave her number which is 647 375 6659. She may have changed her number by now, anyways.
I will be happy if my post is helpful in preventing anybody from getting scammed.
Same thing happened to me last June. I did not notice that money is being deducted from my account until this January. How do I handle this now? I have put a stop payment through bank for this. Also, reported to BBB but they are not willing to cancel the contract. Any advise would be helpful.

Be Aware!! Complete Cheating!
I recently got my home upgraded with smart home products. I received the nest thermostat, nest doorbell, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. All products connect to your phone which is very convenient. Definitely would recommend getting your home upgraded with these products!1

There're two sales men knocked her door on July,2019. Claimed they work for Enbridge(which is not).Told her that she's eligible for free smart thermostat. She refused first time, but they came again the other day, tell her everything is free. Finally My friend said yes. They even go on to install 2 smoke alarms and attic insulation, and told her it's free!
They asked her to signed a work order(actually is contract). And they call the MorConnect company to confirm it, but they told my friend that the phone call is confirm with their company they finished all the installation. Now my friend received bill $124 extra each month, from a company called Skymark. The bill is together under Enbridge bill. My friend is devastated!
I googled MorConnect company on line, on the "Better Business Bureau" website, there're 15 complaints for this company in the last 3 years, I opened those complaints, there're couple of cases just like my friend told me, there're sales men went to their house knock their door told them they're eligible for free smart thermostat, and those people signed contract that they don't even know!
I also fund a article wrote by Global News reporter Sean O'shea on Feb 7, 2019. Which is a senior lady name *** *** singed a contract that she is not aware of, cost her $3500 for smoke alarms and door bell? The two sales lady pretend they work for Enbridge(which is not). Another one on line is CTV News, wrote by Katherine Declare on May 2, 2019. A scarborough resident name *** ***, who doesn't have job at the time. signed contract with MorConnect, cost her $146 each month! But she was told there would be a small monthly charge, that rebates and energy savings would cover it.(detail you can find online, toronto.ctvnews.ca/better-business-bureau-issues-warning-bout-door -to-door-sales)
I don't know how to explain my felling now, MorConnect company did same thing to so many consumers over over again, why they still exists! People won't google this company if they don't have experience with them. I think government need to do something to this company to protect consumers. I know there's "door to door" consumer protection law effected on March,2018. But like Morconnect company, they will continue send sales knock people's door, pretend they are from another big company(like Enbridge), people will believe them. like some of the complaint said those sales call MorConnect company to confirm the contract, people said yes to the contract, but they thought they singed work order!
Morconnect company are targeting consumers like senior, *** ***, single mom like my friend, unemployed like *** ***, ( include people who went complaint on Better Business Bureau website). None of them are deserve this! If this company is not close. there will be more consumers become Victims
