Paid for a Maine Coon kitten through a fake shipping company scam
After a few emails and pictures of it I decided to buy it. I paid them $650 over GPay and when they were in the process of shipping it they used a fake shipping company. When I asked to use a different company they kept pushing for me to use the one they chose. After telling them to use a different one or they can refund me and keep the kitten for someone else to adopt they quit communicating with me until I sent them a request for my money back. When I requested my money back they sent me a text saying "I am the breeder." No name and no other information, they begged me to cancel my request for my money back and when I told them I wouldn't until my money was back in my bank account they stopped all communications and I haven't heard from them since.
