Received a fraudulent product and seller would not accept return. They had many delays in email responses and eventually gave me the run around and said they couldn’t get the product I ordered anymore, so they admitted it wasn’t the correct item, but wouldn’t accept the return. Then they offered half of a refund but still haven’t refunded even half. We ordered a 16” 2.5lb weighted Dino sleep buddy. The one we received was not 14” and weighed 7 oz. They had extended delays to several email responses and eventually gave me the run around and said they couldn’t get the product I ordered anymore, but wouldn’t accept the return. Then they offered half of a refund but still haven’t refunded even half. Bogus

I ordered from them a 2.5 lbs weighted 16 in plushie and received the plushie not weighted at all and the plushie was less than 16 in. I looked at more reviews and I am not the only one that it has happened to them from this company. The company only has social media platforms and a email, they will not message you back after your order has been sent to.
