The e-mail stated I had won a Stanley Thermal Cup from Starbucks. I was asked to take a short survey and pay $6.99 for shipping and handling. This looked to be legitimate and I took the survey and put in the information for S&H. A few moments later my bank made me aware of 2 charges to my bank account. They were both from ZULSEC, STAFFORD, TX. One was for $59.93 on 04/04 at 17:38 CDT and the other was for $99.97 on 04/04 at 17:43 CDT.

SOCIAL MEDIA ADD FOR A PURSE FREE AND SHIPPING COST IS 2.99. WHEN I GOT THE CONFIRMATION 59.93 HAS BEEN CHARGED AND TAKEN OFF MY ACCOUNT. I CANCELLED IT THE SAME DAY NOT EVEN 2 HOURS PAST. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY SAID THEY SENT IT BUT THERE IS NOTHING. NOW I GET ANOTHER EMAIL STATING THAT THEY WILL JUST REFUND ME HALF AND I CAN KEEP THE PRODUCT. I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE A PRODUCT. WHY TAKE HALF THE MONEY? IF YOU WANT I HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION ON EMAIL.
PLEASE ASSIST ME, IT WILL SAVE A LOT OF TROUBLE FOR OTHER SENIORS LIKE ME WHO FALL FOR THESE. I KNOW I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO BUT I GOT TAKEN IN.

I was sent an email stating Best Buy is giving away a certain number of Nintendo Switches today if you participated in a 4 question survey . I took the survey and I had to choose a box you had 3 chances to pick to win the switch . It took 2 boxes for me to get it . It was $2.65 shipping fee then when you put your financial information in it withdrew $59.93, it was for some Nutra Keto Product. This is a shame no one has money for people to steal . What is wrong in this world.

I got an email that I had won a Dewalt Wet/Dry Vacuum from Lowes and I only had to pay shipping of 6.99. I claimed it thinking it was from Lowes since I shop there frequently. Today I got an email confirming my order to Mystery Nutra Club of $59.39 for a Diet Product. The money had been taken out of my checking account. I have never heard of this company nor did I order anything from them. However the order number was the same as the Lowes email. So this company sent something to me as if it were coming from Lowes and got my bank card information. I had to cancel my bank card and get another one immediately. I have tried to call this company and you are automatically put on hold and never get to speak to anyone. This is such a scam and very dangerous to know that someone can get your bank information so easily and charge any amount they choose. I am so upset and angry.

I was charged $99.97 and $59.93 for some product that I did not order. I only authorized $2.85 for shipping of a prize of a bottle of 30 year old Glenfiddich whisky. This company is a hoax. I want a full refund, but there is no way to contact the company.

A pop up on Facebook had a commercial and said in exchange for a completed survey I will receive a free Burberry tote ($100 value or so) and all I had to pay the shipping. I completed the survey then entered my debit card info and name and address. Within a few minutes I received an email stating I had ordered a Nutra Keto Product and a charge of $59.93 was placed on my card. Upon checking my debit card there was also another mysterious charge immediately after that for $99.97 to the same company (Secure Pay) and there was no additional email identifying what that charge was supposedly for. Both have been turned into fraudulent claims and my debit card has been cancelled.
