Scam! This company lures you in with an offer to pay shipping costs for another item then you receive an invoice for charges not authorized for a product you didn't order! Charging you way more than you were supposed to pay! I want my money back!

I found this company on Facebook. They offer a Gucci tote bag, which I should have known it is a scam. They sent me their invoice but did not mention Gucci bag, instead they mentioned Nutra Keto Products. Then they charged me twice of $99.97 and $59.93. They said that I only pay for shipping $2.68 which is now completely false. Please, if you find this company on Facebook do not believe what they offer. They will charge you the same as they charged me. I called my bank and they issued me a new card and I will dispute their charges with my bank. A true scammer company.

The disguise add was a Royal Crown promotional add for the Blackberry Whiskey. The cost of shipping was $2.98. Got an email thanking me for my purchase of keto supplements.
I figured, oops, I've been scamed for $59.93. Then they proceeded to try for $ 99.00 more, but that was declined.

Dicks sporting goods emailed me for a survey about my purchase of a Stanley cup that I recently purchased for my granddaughter so there for had no idea this survey was a scam it listed thanks for taking the survey you wil receive another cup pick your color with the colors said only pay shipping of $6.99 they took 59.93 now my card is locked while traveling and I can’t do anything I am pissed

I fell victim to this scam as well. I seen a Stanley cup for on $6.99 shipping. Completed a survey. Then was charged $59.93 before I could blink. Next thing I know, I'm being charged ANOTHER $99.97. And with it being a small town and a weekend, I am not able to call my bank. Needless to say... I'm beyond mad.
Nutraclub.... another scam.

Followed a FB link for a chance at a Les Paul guitar, only paying $6.99 shipping.
Got an immediate fraud alert from my bank about a $99.97 charge, I denied the charge and my card was cancelled, with a new one being sent out today. I checked my account and saw a $59.93 charge to the same company. I came here and researched them, then called them about the charge, waited 10-15 minutes to speak to someone.
The rep tried the standard BS, saying that they'd take my card out of the system so it couldn't be charged again, but that they were unable to provide a refund. I stated that he was wrong, and that he needed to refund all of my money immediately.
He stated that I could keep the product and he would provide a $19.99 refund. I stated that he was wrong, and that he needed to refund all of my money immediately. (Yes, there's a pattern forming.)
He then offered to credit back 50% of my money as a gesture of goodwill, but that was the best he could do. I stated that he was wrong, and that he needed to refund all of my money immediately.
I advised him that I could read from a script as well, and that there were a very large numbers of complaints about his company on this site.
He then stated that he'd process the refund for the full amount.
I'll give it two weeks for the refund to appear. If it doesn't, I'll initiate a fraud complaint with my bank and my attorney.

I fell prey to the very same scam. I called the number listed on this page and talked with an assistant. I was not polite, which resulted in the assistant literally scolding me then hanging up on me. But I did receive a notice of cancellation and a confirmation of the order being voided. Of course, I still have to replace my debit card, which is a major inconvenience, but at least my rudeness seems to have done the trick.

I was sent an email from the company SHEIN where I buy online clothes from ! They said if I did a survey I would qualify for a free mystery box and one all I had to pay was six dollar shipping and handling. They charge my credit card 6993 now I have to cancel it report it as fraud and it’s become a headache. Don’t understand how these people can live with themselves, this is all a scam. Beware.

i got an email that i order nutria keto product and charge my credit card for $59.93 cents. At first they said i won the marc jacob bag i just need to pay $2.99 cents for shipping. This is a scam i’m going to call my credit card to block this merchant.

I got an email that appeared to be from Kroger, that asked me to take a survey to receive a Tupperware set that I had to pay only the shipping for, which was $6.99. As soon as I gave them my card information, I got an email from support @mysterynutroketo thanking me for my order that cost $59.93! I will now call my bank to inform them of the scam and to stop payment on this transaction. So hopefully they will not get my $60! It is such a sad situation when the world is in such a state that you can’t even trust well-known businesses. I hope they get busted.

They scammed me off Facebook for a bottle of bourbon where I played a game and "won" only paying $2.97 for shipping. I was charged $99.97 and $59.93 for a "membership" that I knew nothing about.

They lied now I'm in trouble my brother wants to hit me cause I [censored]ed up and he wants me out of the house because they already took the money out and I tried to cancel before they could then he got the call from his bank and they had to lock his card now my brother wants me gone cause I'm a worthless mistake

I noticed 2 charges on my bank statement $59.93 and $99.93 for this product Mystery Nutra Club. I put in a fraud notice with my bank but because it was attached to my physical address they declined to help me.
I'm not in good health to be taking diet meds of any kind. It's impossible to get my almost $157 back and I find that very irritating to say the least. I had my card turned off and was issued a new one but still I'm out the money!

Fraud alert from my bank, along with email from [email protected] about a purchase no one made. 2 charges were attempted for some Keto product, 99 and change and 59 and
change. No phone number to call, I reported to state police for ID theft/fraud as no one attempted
purchases or any online ads as others reported
