SCAM! I got an email that I won with my rewards points for Starbucks. I only had to pay shipping of $6.99 ...
Ugggg... got charged $69.13 and another charge of $99.98.
I feel so stupid! How did I fall for this?
Bank issued a new card, called the phone number on this page, was on hold for over an hour. I'll just have to dispute this with my bank, but what a headache!
This company needs to be held accountable!

Like many others, I saw the add for a free Marc Jacobs bag if you just pay shipping - thank the LORD my bank flagged this as fraud. (even though it was me attempting make the charge) The ‘company’ NUTCL attempted to charge me $59.93. I will now have to cancel my debit card, but it could have been SO much worse. I’m just so irritated because I thought it sounded too good to be true and I went against my better judgement. Stay safe out there y’all.

Like everyone here I saw an ad on Facebook for a Charlotte Tilbury makeup kit that said I only had to pay around $3 to get. Immediately I had 2 transactions totaling around $200 from a ‘NutCL’ merchant that changed to ‘Cellpay’ when the charges cleared, and an email for one of the charges from a ‘mysterynutraclub’.

I shut the card down right away and tried to dispute it with my bank, who said I had a better chance of it being successful if I tried in good faith to speak to the merchant. I found the phone number on this site and decided to give it a shot and actually reached someone after about 20 minutes on hold. I was very polite but firm that I didn’t place this order or want these products, didn’t provide and wasn’t asked for any info besides what was already in the email, and after about a half hour between the wait time and speaking to an agent I was eventually offered a $140 refund.

I accepted this offer and so far there is a pending refund in my account from the same NutCL vendor. I will be absolutely shocked if it goes through, though a google search confirms a card that’s been deactivated can still be legitimately refunded.

But this IS a scam that is perhaps connected to a semi-legitimate company, though I can find no info about any Nutra Club.

HUGE SCAM.. paid $2.35 for shipping of Jacob's bag. Immediately charged $158.86 for Nutra Keto products & Nutra App. Called customer service phone number but they refused to do refund. Spoke with Nakeisha, Supervisor and explained I never bought these products and this was a scam with potential mail fraud/federal & state charges.. she just said everything was in processing and no refund can be issued. This is bad...

I received a message on Instagram that I was the winner of a contest and won a free Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk dreams come true makeup set. I only had to pay for shipping which was $2.85. They had many ads popping up with people's names in different locations throughout the state saying they had one, this is real. I entered my payment information and was immediately charged $99.99 in a second charge for $60.16. I looked up their website which did not exist, and the charge on my account said 66 Stafford Texas.

I was on instagram and saw this add about handbags giveaway, and I entered my info and did a short survey at the end they asked my card info to pay for delivery fee $2.80 , the minute I entered my card info and submitted the payment and was taken to different page showing charge of $59.93 and immediately went to check my online banking and besides this charge of $59.94 there was an additional charge of $99.93 . I called my bank immediately and blocked the card, but they say that they couldn’t stop transaction that’s already pending and I have to wait until it’s completed, and then file dispute.
I got the confirmation email from the mysterynutclub with the order number of nitro keto product, which I didn’t authorize to order, I responded them right away to cancel this transaction I give my money back… they never responded.
There is also phone number 844 203 6866 that u called multiple time , but it say that all representatives are busy and someone will be with shortly … I was waiting forever, but no one responded….

This just happened to me. Same charges. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford this. I thought I was paying $2.95 for a bag. I just tried to call my bank. Had to leave a message, it wasn't on a credit card. I'm sitting here bawling. What recourse do we have? Thank you for the phone number. Looks like many have tried to call. It was an ad on Instagram. I can't find it now to report it.

I talked to them also over phone.. same thing. Ordered bag $2.35 and charged like $159. I told Supervisor Nakeisha this was a scam and Mail fraud with federal & state charges. She said I had to go thru my bank.

I was told I won a makeup kit, and would only have to pay $2.98, and then charged $59.63. I blocked my card and was able to block the next charge. Why the scam, or lie? I have reported you, and I want my money back.

I Was signing up a free Charlotte Tilbury make up kit. It was free the add said and when I sign up they asking me to pay $2.00 only so I did paid using my Debit Card. And only 5 minutes passed when I check my debit card account there's 2 charges one $ 59.99 and $ 99.99. I Immediately email them back and question it. No one respond till today saying the product is been sent and cannot refunded the $ i Paid for. My question is why show's the payment is only $ 2 when I got charge total $170?

An ad for a contest came up on facebook where I could win a Charlotte Tilbury makeup gift box. Paying only for shipping of $2.85. I paid the shipping fee. I copied and pasted the transaction in an email addressed to my address. I found an email from mystery nutra club thanking me for my order of $59.93.

Replied to a facebook ad about Bose speaker. Filled out questionnaire and was told I qualified to receive Bose speaker for shipping cost only. Two dollars. I entered my credit info for the two dollars and got charged 59.93 immediately. Received a confirmation from mystrynut.com for 1 Nutra Keto product invoice.

Did a survey for Charlotte Tilbury was told the charger was only gonna be $2.59 wouldn’t be charged for it but they needed card information just to check next thing I know I’m being charged $$59.93 and then they tried to charge me $99.93 within seconds of each other. Contacted my credit card place. They blocked them and then said that I have to wait until the charge goes through on the $59.93 before I can dispute it and it might take up to three months before I’ll get the money back.

I did a survey for a make up kit and the said you would only be charged $2.85 for shipping. I was perfectly ok with that but then realized I was charged almost sixty dollars! I emailed them and never got a response back and before I could finish that email they charged me again for almost $100.00...like WTF? Why do they do this to people and think they can get away with it?!?!?!?

I opened an ad on Facebook and it said that I had won some Charlotte Tilbury cosmetic collection, and all I had to do is pay shipping of $2.85.

I immediately paid it and a few minutes later I got a call from my bank regarding a fraudulent charge . They had taken $160.00 out of my account by the time I blocked my card.

I am out the $160.00 now.

Got an ad on Instagram for a Charlotte Tilbury makeup kit, saying I only had to pay a few bucks to get it sent to me. Put my card info in, and I got 2 charges totaling to about $150. And an email from some keto [censored]. I called my bank immediately and told them it was a scam and I wanted my money back and for them to never charge me again…I got my card immediately deactivated and have a new one on the way. We will see if I get my money back… I'll put an update up on here. NEVER CLICK ON INSTAGRAM OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA “YOU'VE BEEN SELECTED” bull[censored]. Please. I'm so p[censored].

I was on instagram and a website pretending to be Sephora posted about an opportunity to receive a free Charlotte Tilbury makeup kit. As I have previously purchased through IG, I was not weary. It said I won and only had to pay $2.85 shipping costs. Then it hit my card back to back for almost $200 while I was trying to cancel card. Then, I received an email about a fake keto product.

I was told I won a Charlotte Make up package from Sephoa for just shipping of $2.95. Looked at banks tatement and they took $ 59.93 for something called mystery nutraclub keto. I emailed them from the receipt they emailed but I'm sure that doesn't work. I qill,you to call and get information. A BIG SCAM.
