They called my husband claiming to have a delinquent credit card that has $19,000 of debt owed to Citi Bank. He called me and so did she Liz O'Neil from NAA. she told me they were going to serve me with a court order and demanded me to pay them.

I told her to go ahead! she was a scam artist and I wasn't afraid of her.

she did have very personal information. so I froze our social security # on each credit report agency's all 3.

I wish she would call back so I can yell at her again.
