SCAM ARTIST!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HER

I ordered 2 wigs on Saturday July 16th. Janel Mitchell who also goes by Jesame Mitchell was very responsive and helpful at first. During time of purchase, I was told one wig would ship on Monday and the other would take 2 weeks to process. After 2 weeks, I contacted Janel for an update. She finally sent a USPS tracking number. The label was created on July 26th but there was no movement on the tracking. I contacted her again on August 3rd because there was no movement on my tracking. She responded the next day that there were delays due to the volume of sales and that there would be movement on my tracking by August 18th. August 31st, I contacted Janel again because there was still no updates or movement on my tracking. She did not respond. Customers posted under her IG posts that they also were waiting for updates on their products. She deleted those comments from get Instagram. During this time of no response, Janel was still posting on her IG page NAILEDBYNEL preorder campaigns for new wigs. I was confused as to how she was taking new orders when she didn’t complete orders from months prior. She even had the audacity to announce how she earned over 20K in sales in a now deleted posted. I sent her a final email September 12th requesting a refund since after 2 months and 40 business days she still didn’t deliver the wigs. I still haven’t gotten a response. I’m now trying to work with my bank to recoup my funds. I’m reporting her scam business to as many websites as I can to warn others.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

If you don't read anything else here, if you want to take the chance with this merchant please do not pay this girl using zelle/cashapp/or your debit card. She will request this type of payment, but this will prevent you from being able to recoup your money when she inevitably does not send you your product. I purchased a unit from this person after seeing the beautiful wigs on her IG and on her website. At first, she was very responsive, right up to the point where I paid for the wig. After paying $700, I followed up every other day for almost two months to get an update on my order. She was extremely slow to respond, but I received a series of excuses and delays on why the product was taking so long to arrive. One final delay tactic was to tell me that she had shipped my item, but when I checked the USPS tracker, she had simply created the shipping label. When I followed up about the fact that she had never shipped my item, she just stopped responding altogether to my texts and emails. I finally realized that she had no intention of sending me the product I paid for, and I was thankfully able to get my money back by filing a fraud charge with my bank. This is the only thing that saved me from losing a ton of money dealing with this fraudulent business. Please, please avoid at all costs.

Jesame Mitchell also known as Janel Mitchell and Nailedbynel uses her Instagram, Facebook and website known as nailedbynel to scam people out of thinking she is a professional wig maker. I reached out to her after viewing the wigs on her Instagram and requested a customize wig be made for me. She was very professional and told me that she could make the wig and deliver it to me in two days. She requested that I zelle her the payment. Once I zelled her the payment I reached out to her asking for the tracking information. She stopped responding to my emails and when I threatened to report her for fraud, she lied and said that she would be sending the wig. That never happened and she stopped responding again to my messages. She scammed me out of my hard earned money .
