I gave my credit card number to NYTimesPublishing.com to publish a book. A $2007 charge appeared on my credit card from gologonow.com. 2 hours after giving NYTPub my card number, I determined they were not a credible company. They promised “100% satisfaction guarantee with a full refund option”, so I demanded a refund giving them all the reasons. Here we are 45 days later, and neither company has refunded my money despite efforts to recover the money by Visa, BBB, New York and Texas State Attorney Generals. I received NO product or services whatsoever, yet they are refusing to refund my money. Both .com's are liars and thieves; NOT credible businesses.
