they take your money up front with out warning if you dont answer all questions' correctly they lock you out and tell you to start again - customer service Edison is fraud

Using what I later found out to be false reviews I paid for a online defensive driving course. I was also charged an additional $5.00 fee for a course that continually locked me out of the course saying I entered incorrect information, which is not true. I am simply one out of many that fell prey to this scam. To verify my statement, simply go on Google and click on the unsponsored websites. Read the reviews, they are identical to my complaint and as they are not sponsored they are believable.
