Dear Applicant,
Your resume has been reviewed by our HR Department in reference (ziprecruiter.com) Human Resource Assistant to our AD posted on job for your position We are pleased to invite you for an online interview with Mrs Kathy Ann the company Hiring Manager as soon as possible 8 am-5 pm your time Via Google Hangouts. You can be interviewed any time between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. The interview will last approximately an hour or less and will include a brief tour of the Pay Scale, Benefits and company etc.. You are to set up a screen name with Google Hangouts and add up the Personnel Hiring Manager Mrs Kathy Ann, on Google Hangout with the following email address {[email protected]} add to your buddy list ASAP,she will be online waiting for you to conduct your interview.
I am new at this, so I thought oh wow OK this is what I have been looking for. So I got on google hangout and added her as a buddy, mind you I have never done this kind of interview before so I had no idea what to expect. She proceeded to ask me question, as why should I be hired for the job, then asked me what my bank name was I did tell them the name of my bank ( I DID NOT give bank account number or SSN, I did give them my name, address,and phone numbers ( home and Phone). She said they had these positions open: Data Entry/ Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant/ Office Assistant/ Clerical Admin/ Accounting Clerk, and Human Resource Assistant openings. they offered me $50 an hour and $15 for training. They had me verify my name, address, phone number to send me a check for my office equipment, they were sending it threw FedEx the next day I was to receive it. My husband and I got red flags, the FedEx came today 12/10/2016 I got on Google hangout and let Kathy know the check was here the check is a Cashiers Check for $3990.10 for equipment. She told me to go to the bank ATM and deposit the check, it will take 24 hours to clear. When I got back from the bank I was to take a picture of the deposit slip and email it to her. I told her I was waiting till Monday to go to my bank and have the check , checked to see if it was a scam, she demanded me to go to the bank now and deposit it. I said I will not.( I am handing the check over to my bank) I asked Kathy Ann what her first and last name was and she told me Ann Kathy. I said No I want full first name and last, I am on the BBB site now as we speak, she told me Ann Johnson, and then she told me no need for that Bye for now. I hope this helps anyone else who has this happen to them. She also told me that a temp office is located in Gainesville Fl., and that they have one coming into Chemung NY , but would not tell me when.
