They sent an email regarding my Norton account. I responded & within a minute he had control of my computer. He locked me out so that I couldn't stop him. Then he wanted me to enter information to get a refund & added numbers to the amount. So to fix it he wanted me to wire transfer the over amount to a bank in Thailand. When the wire transfer was blocked due to suspicious, fraudulent activity, he gave me the customer service number for my bank to call them & tell them it was for a medical issue for a family member. This happened twice. Once I got over the frustration, I realized that it was a scam. Then they started threatening me. I called my bank & changed my password & when he called me back I demaneded access to my computer, which he had locked me out of. Once in, I deleted the apps that he had downloaded, which made him mad, & then I hung up & immediately shut down my computer & blocked his phone number from my cell. But then he started calling me on my landline & threatening to empty my bank accounts & trash my credit & stealing all my personal information. Unfortunately, he still had me locked out of my computer, so I had to take it in to get it wiped. Now someone saying they're from the ScamPulse.com is trying to contact me & I'm not sure if its legit.

I received an email with an invoice that appeared to be from Norton. I had not purchased the product and called the customer service line. Through the process of canceling the product they accessed my computer taking remote control and had me login to my bank account. It showed that money had indeed been deposited. After several frustrating minutes and directions, they gave me which included buying a gift card to refund money they had overpaid me.. I hung up on them them and immediately checked my bank account. The money that had been showing when I was online with them was no longer there.

They attempted to take the same amount a few months ago but I turned them into my bank as a scam. They use the ploy of owning a laptop or PC to bill for their services. I called the 434 202-6242 number on 03/11/2024 and they asked if I own a laptop or PC. I said no. I told him to remove my info from their database. He got quiet. I said im turning you into my bank for fraud and reporting you to the bbb. He used profanity and called me nasty names

I have received 2 suspicious emails stating that my Norton 360 Antivirus Protection Plan subscription has been renewed. I have no computer. I have no protection plan. It says the transaction will appear on my account statement. So far there has been no charge on any account. There is a number for customer service, but nobody answers. Even the address on the email suggests a scam. It's not a valid address.

Received and email from a Pamela Sellers (email address did not match name, nor was it from Norton), which had a subject of "Celebrate: Your Order Confirmation Has Arrived! 720955677." I opened the email thinking it may be something I ordered but quickly saw that it was from a Norton Imposter. Without clicking the attachment I was able to see it said "Norton" at the top. I did not download/open the PDF to attach here as I was unsure if it was infected.

See below, they asked me to login to my computer to download a form to cancel a product I didn't purchase.
