I received an email claiming to be norton 360, saying I was to be billed money. I checked my account and saw the charge(that must be a scam because it is no longer appearing). I accidentally called the scam number but they claimed to be norton 360. in the process or receiving my refund, there was a tech glitch that gave me 12,000$. I then saw that my account had those funds and that the FTC put a flag on my account. and in order to have it removed I needed to send them a portion of my money. out of fear I followed becuase i didnt want all my money to be frozen. they used lies and tactics to scare me into thinking that all my money would be frozen if i told my bank. not to mention according to the scammers the 12,000$ transaction was hidden from the banks eyes. which should have been a red flag. But I am young and scared.
