I just had the same experience. I purchased a bra from a website. Nymbus tried to tell me that when making my purchase I checked some box for some type of VIP subscription. I know that I did not check a box so I requested that the charge be reversed. She said she could give me back 85%. I told her she was going to give me back 100% as it seems to be a scheme. If you take 15% from everyone you charge, you're making out like a bandit and I wasn't having it. She refunded the full $31.63. Now isn't that the most random amount ever for a subscription?
Definitely a scam. Demand your money back!

Disreputable company -

Ordered a product that was heavily advertized on July 25th. Paypal paid the vendor from my account & that was the last I've heard. No receipt, no acknowledgement, no shipping notifications. . Now When I attempted to contact the company i get the run around. Calls result in an automated message to go to the website. The website that was advertising these products does'nt seem to exist? i've tried multiple emails. they don't go through or you never recieve a response.

You must be talking about mascara.. I purchased as well. Accidentally hit the button for the second mascara. Ok, whatever. Received and kept it.. it's junk/garbage btw. 3 months later, I received a "thank you for your payment" what payment and to who!? After investigating, they had charged my account $31.68 3x's! Once I got ahold of Nymbus, llc. They said it was for a vip subscription I signed up for. NO SIR I DID NOT! Haven't received anything free.. ever! I told them to cancel everything, their product is garbage and wanted my full refund! Didn't take long to receive emails about my refunds and my refund in PayPal:))

"NYMBUS LLC" just showed up on my PayPal account out of the blue...so be sure to monitor your accounts regularly!

I ordered $79.97 worth of product from *NYMBUS LLC on 3/1/2021. As of 6/20/2021 I still have not received any product or my money back despite numerous emails with Sarah Robinson in the customer service department. She claims that because it was shipped, she cannot refund my money and claims to have sent another order out. I never received that order either. Now I am out $80 bucks for absolutely nothing and need that money returned to me. This company is blatantly stealing from people and I am seeking legal representation to recoup my damages. How about instead of just logging the exact same complaint to "warn others" the ScamPulse.com take some action and stop the scam?

I have the same exact experience! Same thing happened. I was so angry. I kept emailing and finally over 1.5 months later- received a cheap product from China THAT WAS BROKEN! Someone needs to stop them. I would help to rid the internet of scammers like this.
