I got scammed as well. $59.96 for 6 tiny packs of alcohol wipes and 4 tiny containers of hand sanitizer. It took them since April 4, 2020 to get the product to me and it was worthy of throwing in the yrash when I finally got it. This company is a complete rip off.

On April 7 I ordered nitrile gloves and 3 packs of sanitizing wipes. They never acknowledged my emails so I contacted paypal. All paypal did was to email them my complaint. What is the next step to get my money back and to get this company out of business.

FILED A COMPLAINT WITH PAYPAL AND THEY DENIED MY CLAIM. TOLD ME THEY HAD A SHIPPING NUMBER, I LOOKED UP THE SHIPPING NUMBER AND LOW AND BEHOLD IT DID NOT EXSIST. PRETTY UPSET WITH PAYPAL ALSO. WILL NOT ORDER FROM OASNOVA EVER AGAIN. $85 DOWN THE DRAIN.

I placed an order for a tanking top on 4/30/2020 and never received a confirmation of my order. Every other online platform sends a confirmation email after PayPal issues a payment. I haven’t received my order, which is almost a month later, making me believe this was a scam. I’m gonna contest with PayPal for refund. These people should have been shut down sooner. On April 24th, i purchased (2) face masks for $43, which was already high for what they were. i have received nothing. i am going to send the requisite emails to Paypal and OA SNOVA and to my bank. We need a collective action against this. Please issue a dispute with your banks and promise not to use Paypal until this is resolved.

And I realized that Chinese paper all Chinese letters on it .
Its big Chinese JOKE.

I ordered 5 dresses that totaled $147.56 on April 1, 2020, I paid through PayPal. I only received 1 of the dresses. I emailed the merchant through paypal but no esponse from the vendor. The merchants' name is OASNOVA. I submitted a claim through paypal but no response either. The contact email is tcreate007@163.com I requested a refund for the difference through paypay and they suggested I file a report through law enforcement agency or government organization so in the process of reporting them to law enforcement!

My story identical to all others regarding purchase of a face mask from *Oasnova*: Purchase via PayPal April 21 and have received no confirmation of sale nor item. I purposely used a PayPal thinking it afforded some type of buyer protection against fraud/no items procured but it seems that was just wishful thinking on my part seeing multiple claims going back months from ppl claiming they never received merchandise for monies given. :-(. Very sad.

Don't they see what is going on with these people...That was the only reason i have used PayPal for years but never had to file a complaint, now that i did guess what.. they denied it.
