Their website shows products that are high end home goods, but what I received was not the product I ordered. I ordered two stained glass products and what I received was not stained glass at all, but instead a fake that was made of metal. When asked to return the items, I received apologies, but no contact at the company allowed me to return the product and instead they shut down their emails. This is a complete scam from a Facebook advertisement and they will not account for their deceit or actions. Another email address I tried from there website was:[email protected] and I communicated a couple times through there but then they canceled the email address.

The OMBG website shows images and descriptions of beautiful, high-end products, but what I received was a cheaply made print-out on a metal frame. When I contacted their "customer service" through email (the only way to contact them) to ask for a refund, they refused and have since blocked my emails.
