I pre-ordered a travel hoodie on Sept 12, with the understanding that it would ship my November 4, 2024. After noticing I was charged immediately on 9/12, I contacted them via email and was told the date was moved to November 20th. I explained that was not the agreement, and would like my money back. They offered a credit and a discount. I told them it was not acceptable, as they currently had the item in inventory, and should be able to ship. We had many back and forths; email took a while to get a response, so I took to their Facebook and instagram to share my experience. They responded more quickly that way, and I was told via messenger that my order would definitely ship November 4th. They also blocked me on Facebook, as I was encountering many others with similiar situations and sharing experiences. The item never shipped and I called my credit card company yesterday to dispute the charge. They had my payment since September 12, and never shipped the product although they had it in stock.

I ordered a dozen macarons from this company 7 weeks (Sept 28,2024) weeks ago. The cost was $33 plus $10.99 shipping. I tried to contact them today (November 1,204) at [email protected] about why they’d not been shipped. They listed no phone number or any other contact information. I received an error message that the email address was no longer available nor was the website available any longer. Their Facebook page has not been updated since August 2024 and no way to post them there. I even looked on Google Earth to find the shop thinking it might have a phone number, but all there was at that address was a solid door no shop. Auto Zone was on one side and another store on the other side. I do not believe this a scam as I ordered and received product from them a yr ago, but I do think they went out of business without refunding money to those whose orders were not filled.

On August 21, I ordered a product via the Makeupstore.com. I paid online using a debit card. I wasn't suspecting things would go awry because I had previously bought one item from them successfully. On September 13, I reached out to their Customer Service to check on the status of my package because the first item arrived within a week. The company representative assured me that the parcel had been transferred to the USPS for delivery and provided a tracking number. However, the parcel has been marked as "Moving through network" ever since. I contacted the rep via email 2 days ago, wanting to get a refund or some assistance with checking for the delivery since I paid for it in full, and I contacted her again on October 22nd. Not getting any reply from her, I contacted their Customer Service through a form they have on their website and asked for a refund but didn't get any reply.

Paid for senior softball bat via card, received payment receipt. Lead time was to be 3-5 days, has been one month. Sent numerous text and voicemails, no response.week of Oct 17 used another phone and owner Rob Maya answered and was surprised it was me . He then said bat was out for delivery the next day and would send tracking. No tracking was sent and no bat delivered. Since then no contact. Sent voicemail that if I’m not getting bat delivery I want full refund as being senior citizen nearly 78 yro I can’t afford to lose 350$. No response!

This company has a website and instagram page promoting forever roses that lasts up to three years. I ordered a heart shaped rose box for my mother on Mother’s Day but never received the product. They were very responsive to get payment using Square Up Cash App. But once they get your money, they just disappeared. When I tried to contact them, they don’t respond to your email or calls. They just ignore you. After this experience, I found many others that were scammed by this same company.

I ordered two products from the Transformation Factory on July 10th for the total of $64.98. I was given the run around for months and as we approach 90 days, I have yet to receive my order or a refund. The company has, I believe, deliberately done everything in their power to use a prolonged tactic in order to see that I continue to believe I’ll eventually receive my order or a refund, hoping to past 90 days so I could no longer dispute the payment with my bank. I have never encountered anything like this in my life. This goes well beyond just not fulfilling orders. I have emailed and Facebook messaged the company dozens of times. At first, it was past their promised 17 days of processing and you’ll read for yourself below how this all played out. They even went as far as sending me an email on September 11th, 2024 stating that my order was canceled but the email stated that my order was not yet refunded. I have a long string of correspondence that attest to this and I am far from the only victim. How they have played games is purposeful and calculated. They are not fulfilling orders at all and not giving anyone a refund and that is so readily apparent by the complaints on here, the founders Alexiou Gibsons’ personal Facebook page, the company’s Facebook page, TikTok videos etc. This company is committing widespread fraud, a felony. I am copying and pasting all my Facebook correspondence for everyone to see just how far they were carrying out this ploy. All of this is exactly word-for-word, however, I did use some expletives that I will be bleeping for obvious reasons. Here we go:

At first I made a comment about not receiving my order on the company’s Facebook page, which I can no longer find, perhaps they deleted it, but at this point I wasn’t that upset. It was just the beginning of their ploy. I sent several emails that were not answered and went on their website to the chat and voiced that it’s past 17 days and I haven’t received my order then I was told it will ship tomorrow. I even called many times no answer. My main line of communication then became Facebook messenger since I couldn’t resolve the problem by any other means of communication. Through that platform the commutation went as follows:

—-August 7th: The Transformation Factory finally replied to my Facebook comment via instant message and stated as follows: Hi Queen

Thank you for your comment, and your recent purchase!

We're sorry for the frustration and inconvenience we've caused you stemming from our delay in responding to your emails coupled with our delay in shipping your order. We understand that such delays can be bothersome, and we sincerely regret the negative and discouraging consequence this has had on your experience with us.

We understand that you haven't received any communication from our customer service team, though you've asked several questions about your order without receiving any responses. Your order placed on July 10th should have been addressed by now, and I can imagine your anxiety not knowing its status. The fact that it has been more than 17 business days, surpassing our processing timeframe, is understandably disappointing.

Kindly provide us with your order number and email address here. Our friendly customer service team is here to help! While it might take a little longer for us to respond due to the high volume of inquiries, we promise to address your concerns as quickly as we can once we have the details we need.

I replied back to them:

Okay I already addressed this in a chat (on their website) and nothing was done. #578243 is my order number. Email is [email protected] (withholding my personal information).

They replied back to me: “Please allow me a moment to check into this for you.

How may I assist you today?

We do see that you had submitted a request to cancel order 578243.

The refund was processed as requested.

I noticed that you went offline. Do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything further we can do to help. Have a wonderful rest of day!

——August 8th I replied to them: Well I wanted my order but what the heck was taking ? I never wanted to cancel but assume it isn’t coming.

They replied to me:

My apologies, let reach out to reverse this action.

I can now confirm that the action has been reversed and your order is currently in processing.

Your order is currently on day 17 of processing which is the final day for processing. Rest assured your tracking details will be sent shortly.

——August 12th I replied to them:

SO WHERE TF IS MY ORDER YOU TOOK MY MONEY ON JULY 10TH!!!!!!!

They replied:

I want to start by acknowledging your recent experience with us. We’re sorry to learn that you have not received your order and expressing our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may have faced. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand how frustrating delays and issues with orders can be. I would be happy to assist you with having this addressed.

Could you please provide us with your order number?

I replied: Scroll up!

I’ve been through this already!

They replied to me:

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your order. After reviewing order 578243, I do notice that it contains our sea moss gummies. Unfortunately, our gummies are temporarily out of stock which is also causing a delay in shipping the order. Would you be open if we swap the the gummies for our sea moss capsules?

I replied to them:

No I hate capsules

Maybe I should have been told they were out of order

——August 18th after I heard nothing from them I stated: WELL WTF IS GOING ON???

(Again, there was no response from them)

——August 22nd I put ????

They responded: “Hi Queen,

Thanks for your reply, and sorry for the delayed response. You stated that you hate capsules, so do you want us to refund the capsule and send the rest of the order?

We look forward to your reply.

I replied to them: I want a refund on the whole order and the gel sent to me this is beyond ridiculous!

They replied to me: Hello Transformer! We saw your comment inquiring about the status of your order. We would love to provide an update, could you please share your order number? This will allow us to give you accurate information on the status of your order. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you for contacting us! (They sent this exact message two times in a row).

——August 23rd I replied: why don’t you scroll up?

They replied: Hi Queen,

Thanks for your reply. However, if we are giving you a full refund, you won't be able to receive the product. We can either refund you for the gummies or ship the rest of the order if you'd still like to receive the shipment.

Please let us know how to proceed.

——August 24th, I replied: Give me my order. Thx

They replied: Thanks for allowing us to serve you. We are working to have your order shipped early next week. Have a great rest of the day!

I replied: Ok so when will I get my refund?

——August 26th they replied: Thanks for your patience. Your refund for the gummy was processed and refunds are generally credited to your account within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank.

Please reach out should you need further assistance.

I replied: So I’m getting a refund on the gummies but the sea moss gel I’ll get ?

——August 27th they replied: Hi Queen! Yes, I would like to confirm that you will be receiving a refund for the gummies, while the gels will still be dispatched.

I replied: ok

——August 31st I stated: Ok so when am I getting a refund ?

——September 3rd I stated: Hello what the heck is going on here?

——September 6th I stated: Never mind I’ll go to my bank to get a full refund (I did not go to my bank until today, October 6th to file a dispute, thank goodness as I was just short of 90 days. I had ordered from them previously on two other occasions and relieved my order so I gave them the benefit of the doubt for too long and I nearly missed my opportunity to dispute this charge!)

——September 11th they replied: Hi Queen,

(I replied by sending them a screen shot of what they said on August 26th—that I will get my refund in 2-5 business days) and said referring to the screenshot:

So again, am I getting a refund for both items or one? It’s very simple. Also on August 24th, as you see my order for the gel was supposed to be shipped early next week…that would have been two weeks ago so (beep beep beep) is going on???? A full refund or am I getting the gel? Don’t call me queen either. This is BY FAR the worst customer service I ever experienced. You should be sending me a year supply of sea moss gel and a refund for all this aggravation. You guys are either completely slow or haphazardly and carelessly running this… it’s not even a business. This is a joke. Shut your damn doors and stop making new posts and deleting all the truthful comments on how you are scamming people. I never experienced anything like this. I demand this escalated to the CEO of this “company.” No excuse. None.

I ordered two silver crucifixes and two rope chains in two different sizes for my grandson to pick from for his confirmation. The site looked amazing and the product looked legit.

U fortunately I was told this company was in Toronto. So I figured there would be a wait for delivery. Well my supposed package was sent to my local post office on September 21st. Says awaiting acceptance. For days.

I reached out to post office. Spoke with supervisor. She said the tracking number was scanned. But no package was scanned for me. It wasn't there. I was told to contact seller which has no phone number listed. I called the credit card company. They had their company as locates in Miami Florida. Not Canada. And they gave me two phone numbers and an address. The address was not a jewelry company but a postal pick up site and one of the phone numbers was for a G Luxe Jewelers which sells watches. No silver. I have yet to receive a response from the company who were very aminiable to get back to me when I was asking questions about jewelry

The last response I got from them was giving me tracking number and sorry for delay.

I believe I got scammed and I don't want anyone else to get scammed by them. If it looks too good it probably is.

Make sure the site has a legitimate address and phone number. Thankfully my credit card will be putting a hold on funds until they investigate. But pretty sure the outcome is going to be that they are not legit

I have sent electronic messages to customer service but have not received any response.

Shop at mars is posing as an online retailer of various products. I purchased an item and over a month has passed without receiving my item.

Shop at mars is almost daily attempting to charge my card for random amounts of dollars.

Even after blocking any future attempts from shop at mars, they were somehow able to bypass the block and stole money from my bank account.

I made a purchase on July 19, 20204, through the website www.republicandogs.com, and paid $98.37 through Shopify Payments for six items. I have reached out to the company numerous times via email, and they have responded, blaming the USPS for the delay, and allegedly re-shipping my items. They provide USPS tracking numbers, that indicate a label has been made, but never has the package been picked up by USPS. As this has been going on for nearly 2 months, I'm convinced this is a scam and fraudulent. I have submitted this fraud to my credit card company (American Express).

I am writing to Complaint the lost of $121,064.74 due to the non-delivery of products outlined in our contractual agreements with ZHEJIANG WILLING FOREIGN TRADING COMPANY LIMITED located in China. Despite multiple payments made to various bank accounts as requested by their representative, Tiffany Lizzy, no soybean oil or blended vegetable oil was delivered. The failure to fulfill the contract terms has caused significant financial and emotional distress. Immediate action is required to rectify this breach of contract.

They advertise on social media - Facebook in our case, website is shady but you don't realize it until you've ordered the item they're selling thru social media. There is no phone # to contact them at. They only provide a customer service email address which is not helpful. They give you a tracking # where you will be told that your item was delivered but NOT the case. Item NEVER received! when you email the customer service address ([email protected]) no help is provided other than "we have tracked your purchase and it says it was delivered to address provided". I have asked for proof of delivery and none has been provided. They told me to ask neighbors, friends maybe they had received it!

There was a ad on Facebook for a sale for $7.90 a Bible Study Book that was purchased online on 6/20/2024, One company claimed to be Sandy Siren , and ManBreere.com was receiving money out of my checking account when I tried to get in contact with both companies, it was only done online but never got any resort. I do have a order ID number from the order which is 20546. I notify my bank of the scam I tried using ManBreeze.com account, but it’s no longer exist
