NOT a legitimate business! It is a SCAM!! They pose as other legitimate businesses run Facebook ads replicating their entire website running a fraudulent sale then makes you checkout. The confirmation email you receive gives you a fake checkout number and a fake order order delivery when you dispute with the bank. This company is a SCAM!! You do not get anything delivered!!! The real companies confirmed no affiliation and fraudulent activities! Customers & Banks are getting manipulated with their techniques. BEWARE!!!!

In places an order that was never delivered after several attempts to contact them all they did was lie untill they just stopped responding. I never got my order or my money back

The website harrypotterhub.com offers merch from the UK. They never send it, and when you place an order they change the amount rounding it up to the nearest $10. I paid 61.03 for items, and they made a change to the cost to $70. Never sent a receipt and they do not respond when contacting them.

I ordered from an online company that I heard about on Instagram went to their website and ordered a dress for them. I paid $134.18 it has been since early November that i ordered and they refuse to answer emails or DM‘s unless commenting highly on their Instagram and continue to say they will ship it but never do

Ok i did a Amazon order a month and a half ago no one in the lauderhill 16 street office never contacted me nor there fraud office in shop 4 white river commercial complex ocho rios Jamaica while Amazon email me that order was delivered they denied received the order so there is many concerns

I ordered an item back in November last year (2024) and it still hasn’t arrived. The only contact with this company is through email, there is no phone number. I have emailed several times asking for a refund and they claim the item was shipped, so they can’t refund the money. They continually refuse refunds my money! Terrible company!!

On November 28, 2024 I placed an order for Oakworks Capisco Ergonomic Adjustable Stool Chair for $395 with a 15% discount (order # 11158). I received an email confirming my order. On December 2, I contacted Miller through their online chat feature to ask for a status update on my purchase. I communicated with a customer service representative (Ashley) who informed me that the chair was not available but if I was willing to wait I would receive another 15% discount. I agreed to these terms and Ashley sent me an email indicating that the chair would arrive on December 25, 2024. I reach out via email on December 23 to ask for a status update and was informed that the chair would not arrive until January 10, 2025. When that date passed I reached out via email, through the website's Contact Us page and by phone. The chat feature on the website is no longer available. I've asked for my order to be cancelled numerous times but have received no reply. When I use the website's Track Your Order feature, it shows my order as still processing. The company has not actually charged me for this order, but am concerned that this company is collecting credit card information or some other data.

Item was ordered through Facebook link. Received tracking number that indicated coming from china. Never received item and tracking information is not through US carrier. They will not refund unless I contact the carrier, which of course I cannot do. There is not policy on their website about returns. They also state they will not refund but replace only or give a gift card. I do not want to give this company any business after the delays and vague avoidance of refund.

I was clicked on an ad from Shark Tank (Lori Greiner) for a travel bag and ordered it, then got an email from "Bikobabybus" confirming my Order. They keep telling me that the item has shipped and was received on January 21, 2025, but it was not.

I was shopping around for a pallet and came across this web site, after finding a couple pallets i liked I reached out to the company. I talked to a guy named Mathew Douglas who assured me they were a legitimate company and we were guaranteed to get the best quality for the best prices. He mention they have a first time buyer deal that if we agree to purchase over $1,000 in pallets we could pay the shipping cost upfront if we didn’t feel comfortable paying the total cost upfront and we could pay the rest on delivery. We paid for a 24hr shipping which was $200. Well after contacting him via the phone number I provided. He said it was a hold on it, when I asked about the receipt and delivery time. He mentioned I would get it just be patient and then hung up on me and blocked my number. They have a what’s app on the site so I tried to reach him there only to be blocked on there too.

Marketed on social media (instagram) by using notable influencers. Received a confirmation email and email saying it was shipped. However, the purchased item hasn’t been delivered in over a month. When trying to contact customer service on numerous occasions, not once was I ever given an update on my order. Also their listed customer service number seems to not work as well.

I saw an ad on instagram for bracelets that give you a bible scripture when you tap on your phone. the company name is embroiderym and they sent a tracking number and frequent tracking information. first it said it left the warehouse in spain on dec 20th and now the last update says its in las vegas since jan. 16. ive sent them several email but their latest reply is that most of them are on vacation and will get back to be in 7 days.

I ordered four items from Fresh Hoods on November 29, 2024, for a total of $182.96. As of January 27, 2025, I have yet to receive the merchandise. I have contacted the customer service department several times, and they have guaranteed that the merchandise will be delivered. However, after a fourth attempt to know when I could expect my merchandise to arrive, customer service/support stopped communicating with me and replying to my emails.

Very professional looking website. I orderd an Ionic Cleanser in November 2024. Tracking showed that parcel still not received by shipping company.. I emailed them and the only customer support is through email. No response when asking about the tracking situation. Later after contacting them, on Jan 2nd, the tracking number changed locations but they were still waiting for the parcel. I tried the tracking number with all shipping companies and found that the tracking number was not associated with any shipping company. Biovitta also charged my debit card an additional monthly subscription fee of $39.99 which I never ordered. I contacted my bank & stopped my debit card and they are currently trying to recoup my money. I did get an email from customer service confirming cancellation of the subscription only because I stopped my debit card. THIS COMPANY IS BAD A D THEY WILL STRING YOU ALONG. They are still sending their advertising emails to me!
