They have advertisements on Facebook and Instagram and according to the reviews they have robbed a lot of people including me the payment was taken out of my bank account but you cannot get in touch with them to get a refund and you never get the product.

Promised the product would arrive in two weeks. It never arrived. After contacting them, they again promised the product would arrive in two weeks. After this, I canceled the order and asked for a refund. They said they would refund the money in 7-10 business days. I haven't heard from them since, and I cannot get in contact with them about this.

I have disputed this charge through my bank and through PayPay. Paypal has a case open on this charge and my bank is issuing me a new credit card and holding any future payments to this entity. What made me question my purchase was getting an immediate fraud alert from my bank. In looking at the website more closely, I noted that the name Jidong Liu was listed and the phone number wasn't valid (208-759-0841. It also states their "working time" as being between 10 am and 4 pm PST but their address is in New York City (244 Madison Ave., Suite 1666). Whether this person is located in China, I am not sure but "working time" doesn't sound like a native English speaker.

The company (Slimory) sold ladies underware on a website that I found. I ordered 14 items of these underware in my size. I received the underware and they were way to small. Couldn’t get my leg into leg hole of the underware. I also paid extra for a quick return if they needed to be returned. Amount I lost was $162.87. I attempted to call the company but no phone available. I have emailed the company 7 times with no response.

Disputing charges of $162.87 with credit card company and they are giving problems about the charge. I want to return the underware but to who? I want my refund cause I paid for the product and can’t wear.

The scammer advertised a western saddle on Facebook for sale. The paid advertisement appeared on my home page. I inquired about the saddle and the scammer said current pictures weren't available because the saddle was stored two hours away. However, once I paid for it I would be sent pictures. I was invoiced $838.43 for the saddle with shipping. The invoice provided an address which I searched on google. It belonged to a non-profit therapeutic riding center. I reached out to the riding center and they confirmed they had no association with this business. When I messaged the scammer again they asked for payment over Zelle. When I confronted them about their inconsistencies, they blocked me on Facebook.

Scammer asked for $880 to be sent from my bank account then they asked for $1,350 more dollars then they asked for 1,000 more dollars for a crate and insurance to ship a newborn puppy this scammer does not own any puppies he just steals pictures from the internet and uses Riverside Jack Russell dot store or trained Jack Russell dot store to reel in his victims

Came up as a Universal Remote App on Google Play Store. Got information, then received an email from a totally different company, saying my 5 day free period had started (I never ordered anything). Tried to get up with the company got the runaround instead. Then found out through my bank that they had yanked $40 out of my account. Scammers

Embrace Pangea offered A buy one get one sale back in June 2022 to be out for delivery August 30,2022 here it is January 2023 & they will not return my emails, haven't received my products nor A refund

KoreHealth is a company that sells fitness products of poor quality. The do not honor their return policy. My mother bought a fitness tracker (because she confused it for a more reputable brand), and when it arrived she wanted to return it. Their website says "If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may return it back to us for a full refund of the cost of the product. If you are looking to return your product, please reach out to us through our contact form and we will provide you with return instructions." We contacted them for return instructions, and they responded saying they were "reviewing the case", and then never sent any instructions, after weeks. According to online reviews, there are many people who had similar experiences, or who never even receive their products, or whose products break quickly.

I ordered an item advertised on Facebook as a lymphatic drainage device. I was emailed by the company on 1-6-23 stating the item shipped out. I emailed the company today because I still haven’t received the item and the tracking number says it shipped from Wuhan, China on 1-27-23 and is expected to arrive at my address on 4-6-23. The company refuses to refund my money.

I ordered Crockpot and when I went to track it it said my order was cancelled and I never cancelled it. And even if I did cancel it I would have received a refund and I did not

My son try to purchase dog collars from 'Dog Boxes For Sale' off of Facebook. Paid thru PayPal and and did correspond with them thru messenger. After they received payment thru PayPal we have not heard from them anymore. It has been over a month. We have tried to reach them thru email and messenger, no response.

I purchased an item from the sellers website. The transaction went through but my credit card company flagged the transaction as international. A week later fraudulent activity appeared on the credit card I used to make the transaction in question. The web contact form of this site doesn’t work either.

They was selling red cookware for 29.99. Never received.

On Facebook I saw this advertisement for belkeonline.com. It’s sold clothing. It said the clothing was on sale for &2.99. They said if you ordered $35 you got free delivery. I did that. I received an email that my order was confirmed. But when I tried to track my order it came up as an error. There was no phone number to contact these people. When I put in the email address also another error came up. I’ve never received my merchandise

Ordered Craftsman tool chest on website and did not receive. Tried to contact seller through web site with no success. Bogus address and no phone number.

I ordered in Dec. of 2023, this metal initial “H” for my son for Christmas. This photo is the order confirmation page. It shows all of the charges. I have sent them many emails inquiring about my order and they keep saying “WAIT”. I have been waiting since Dec. 16, 2022 and the tracking page still says IN TRANSIT. The tracking seems STUCK on IN TRANSIT since Jan. 06, 2023.

I have asked for a refund and have heard no response.

I bought the product on December 20, 2022 and received on January 27, 2023. The add said it was from South Carolina, but the dress itself says China. The picture on the add and receipt look totally different than the dress received. The dress itself is poor quality and is made of cheap material, not a "gorgeous halter long sleeve mini dress" that I ordered. I reached out to their customer service once received but have not yet heard back.

Unfortunately, I tried uploading photos, but this did not work.

Ordered a winter blanket set, followed the whole tracking process meticulously and it said delivered, but for some random address in Florida while I live in Texas. There are no addresses affiliated with Florida on this order and I've been trying to get what I ordered for almost a month now. I found this site through a TikTok advertisement. They guaranteed it to be here fast, but it's been almost two months since I've ordered and emailed customer service AND gone back and forth with them. Still nothing. No offer for my money back or the blanket being sent to me.

I ordered a treadmill. They provided a USPS tracking number. It says the package was delivered. USPS did an investigation. The package was only 12 oz. And was not delivered to my address. But the company will not respond to emails or phone calls.
