Sent a down payment and expected the pay the balance when it was delivered per agreement. Then the delivery driver's mom had a heart attack and could not deliver. Therefore they were shipping it via air.
Then got a notification from "Ship Alliance, ltd" to let us know they had the puppy. It was in Kansas city. It would cost us almost double what we originally agreed upon for the price. It supposedly a new charge for insurance purposes.
Having shipped a dog before, we then realized that this was utter RIP OFF. We did not have to pay the amount that was asked when we shipped our previous dog.
Be aware that these two companies are SCAMMING people.
