They have not made any attempts to sell or help us sell. But have filed for a lien on my business to keep others from trying to sell it and if we sell it personally or use someone else they are trying to sue for commissions.

Advertisement on Facebook, misleading in the total price, didn't realize the full amount until billed. When I reached out to customer service to ask about the return policy, the only response was that I had 30 days to return it. I asked for a shipping label or a return address and did not get an answer within a reasonable amount of time soI took it upon myself to ship it back in order to ensure the 30 day time frame would be met. I then emailed customer service to inform them and they said they would not accept the return without a Return Merchandise Authorization #. This was the first time I had heard of this. I had also tried calling the customer service phone # multiple times and left messages with no response. (866-207-4137)

I was trying to order online a rollaway bed frame because I have the mattress. It comes out to a total of 5974 using PayPal cuz I feel more secure I went ahead and did that but in the end when you accept on PayPal it says it's for a donation even though there's scientist is saying that they give us a certain amount of the money as a donation to The homeless. But I haven't heard anything from the company I can't find them online I haven't received any email so I'm not sure how to contact them. I wanted to cancel the order because I feel it's not legit but I can't find them anywhere online.

I placed an order on 5/18/23 from what appeared to be a T.J Maxx clothing store off of Facebook. The next morning I received an email confirming my order with a confirmation number. After a few days I looked at my email and tried tracking my order with the tracking number they provided. There was no such number. After a few more days I checked back in to see if there were any updates on receiving my order. It stated my package was on the way. As of today, 6/20/23 I had not received my order nor any other emails from this person/persons. I checked my mail in there was a small package. I proceeded to open the package and it was a ring from GRA Moissanite in which I had not ordered. I began to do some research and found some news clippings on "Brushing scammers!". Appears others have reported ordering from a clothing site and ended up getting a ring as well. I have taken the proper steps to protect my personal information.

The scammer had my mentally disabled younger brother provide bank account information and visit a Walmart to purchase gift cards. They somehow deposited $160 into his bank account and facilitated an Uber ride for him to and from Walmart. He was promised an unsecured loan of $10,000. He is not in a capacity to understand this is a scam. Other details are not clear.

North chester self storage stole $1000 from me I paid for my storage until January and they claim there was a charge back but through there own words bank can not find the money given back to me. Do if my bank shows they did not give my money back they must have it and they scammed me out of 1000$

I bought numerous swimsuits and wanted to return 2 out of the 4. On their website they stated they expect returns and a full refund. I emailed them to get the return address and they gave me a bogus address and they wanted to give me a $18 refund out of my $60 and just donate the items. I wanted my refund. If i were to buy items to donate that's my choice not their's. Do not do any business with this company and their sizes are all wrong.

Their webpage automatically added a cleNse to my order and didnt say how much it was. When i called to have it removed theysaid they woul refund 104. When i got my charge found out it was 259 and they said it was too late to remove it

Facebook ad popped up, took me to the "Stanley" site for a 40oz Stainless Steel H2.O cup, ordered and said item will be shipped in 7-10 days. I contacted Customer Service, they got back to me and told me my item was on it's way still. Checked the status on 6/19/23 and States the item is "missing" and being returned to China. I know the cost wasn't that expensive, but its the principal of it.

I ordered a black leather hoodie, cool design, paid, they took my money but it never arrived...when I tried to contact them repeatedly, they merely tried to placate me, tell me that perhaps my ordering info was mistaken and then tried to ask for banking information. After explaining they already had all of that information, including my name and email, but that I WOULD NOT give them banking info because they already proved they couldn't be trusted, they blew me off saying that they have no record of my transaction but my bank sure as hell does...so again this is another case of lying [censored] using Facebook to scam people, and of course when I tried to ask Facebook anything they simply replied that they are not responsible for what online vendors do or how they conduct business and that they are not legally responsible...this not the first time i've been scammed by facebook and YES, I do hold these slimy [censored] just as accountable because they KNOW what these [censored] are doing and it seems more and more like they are letting them...
