Order placed 5 Jan. Emailed confirmation of order received same day. "Your order has shipped" email received 6 Jan with USPS tracking number, but package still showing as not picked up by USPS from Jamaica NY. Two emails have been sent requesting an update, with no response from them. The website does not have any phone number to call. Have searched extensively for "ShoeboxWorld" and "EmpirePlush" and cannot find any data about them.

I ordered a fireplace/tv stand off a offer that said Home Depot had , but the company was Opliaks. The clearance price of $49.98.

I ordered it never received it , when I tried to contact them by email, I was told they were sending it. Shortly after I received a small package with a small wallet card holder item. No note nothing I had no idea why I was receiving it. I made another email to them ( Opliaks) then I received a email from sersoppers ( Joey)

It said they were unable to ship the item I ordered because of cost, so in replacement for the item I ordered they sent me another item of more value, and showed it was delivered to me. He went on to say if I didn’t want that item I could sell it myself and get more money then what the item I ordered was. I have tried to email them again and his response is there nothing else they can do.

Foremost, I'm a customer of the real Hillsdale Furniture company (hillsdalefurniture.com in Kentucky) and I know they have retailers that sell their products. That being said, I assumed this was a retailer selling Hillsdale's items. However, seeing as how I placed the order on Sunday, January 15th, considered that this place may be closed on Monday due to the holiday, I assumed that I'd get an email for receipt of order followed by a confirmation of processing. I went back to website I purchased the item from, kidsurnituresale.com, to see if I can 'check order status' or call their office, there's only an address and a bizarre #. When I look up the address, it's a residence in Florida, not a furniture warehouse. At this point, I will have my bank flag the charge and put a fraud alert on my account.

I purchased a pair of boots from OrthoFit. They are too small and when I requested a refund they offered me $11.99 or ship them back to China! No where on the website does it say this…the return policy says “30 days”. Total scam!

My mother received a package addressed to her name and our address, it contained a poorly made off brand playstation controller. When sender address looked up it showed a warehouse under the name Italia gift, however it is ran through E logistics in Vernon, California on yelp.com under its business name Italia Gift. There are multiple reviews ranging from brushing to outright product scams where branches were placed inside a box instead of what consumer ordered

My Wife found pictures of several great Danes online where there was a feature to reserve a puppy or apparently multiple for $400 each.

She was shortly contacted via text message, we have saved the text conversation and the phone number they came from, and said they would reserve them until Friday, which has not actually happened yet when my wife and I would pay the full amount for both, totaling in no less than $1700, they were advertising great Dane puppies for $600 each, that were AKC, certified, chipped, And could ship them?.. I started digging around, doing a lot of research on YouTube online, and now found confirmation on the Better Business Bureau, the phone number they called from was 443-434-9099.. My Wife says they have an unfamiliar accent when the man spoke on the phone if that helps.. I hope they’re caught thanks to everyone else who helped my wife and I not throw away $1700 and I hope this never happens to anyone else.

Wotakoi was offering pre-orders for resin statues. I ordered one at $50. Per their website, the statues were to be delivered by the end of Q4 2022. I emailed them once a few months ago about a refund but never received a response, and then a few weeks ago I emailed again and received no response as well. Attached is a screenshot of the transaction I made. I have screenshots of the emails I sent and a screenshot of their website page that states when products were supposed to be delivered. Their website is still active but they are not responding to any communications.

I saw their add on instagram and I order some of their items for my wife for Christmas, it’s been 2 months and I haven’t received anything. I try to contact them by email, that’s the only way to reach em. And they keep telling me that my package is on its way, they tell me that every time I contact them about it. They have Scam lots of other people. I have had conversations with other customers about it and they have had the same problem

I found the San Diego Photo Booth deals online, I filled out request to book for my daughters 2nd birthday party set to be held Feb 19th 2023. I was then contacted by a “representative” of the name Ryan. Ryan went over pricing and sent a contact that seemed legit. We then scheduled a call to finalize deposit and times. Payment was made and caller kept in contact for about a week. On Jan.13th 2023, I contacted the number Ryan provided through text to ask for personalization email for photo strips. I did not hear back, on January 17th of 2023 I called the number in which I was in communication with and it was disconnected, I contacted the number on the site which was also disconnected. I then reviewed the invoice which had a 3rd number listed for final payments. I contacted that number and was connected with a scammy sounding travel agency. I then I put the extension “Ryan” had provided me. I was connected with a representative and each time the Photo Booth company was mentioned they disconnected the cal. I called about 6 times and each time the Photo Booth was mentioned I was hung up on, or they’d answer and put me on hold for a long time, then end the call. I have reported the fraud to my bank later on Jan 17th 2023

Total fraud! Appears to sell clothing and accessories. I bought $45. Dollars worth. 23 days later after tracking package I received a 25cent ring. They sent me ring so I would have tracking info and not suspect anything. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY GOES BY KELKONG/ KONG OR HARIO TRADING COMPANY REPORTING TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY IN THE MORNING.

Used to be a valid business but a year of pre-orders haven't shipped and thousands are out money. It's been over 100 days since "cancelations" with no refunds and now selling those shoes a year later without refunding

Ordered product from company. Mailed out item that was defective. After months of emails trying to fix/replace item the owner "John" sent me a return slip. I mailed item back to him a few months back and now he will not respond to any of my emails.

Ordered ski boots from”https://www.outletsnowsports.com/”. They are using PayPal personal account in the name of “MARTIN BRISCOE” to get money from people who order merchandise from their website. They don’t provide order # after ordering. Address of the business on the website could not be found. There’s no phone number. They don’t respond on your messages either from website or through PayPal. Contacted PayPal about my case but, they don’t see anything wrong. Can’t believe they harboring scammers.

I am a Paralegal with U.S. Venture, Inc., located in Appleton, Wisconsin. One of our divisions, U.S. Petroleum Equipment ("USPE") was the subject of a scam. In October, 2022, a USPE sales rep was contacted by a person named "Michael Lang" who said he was the Purchasing Manager of Amsted Rail. USPE set up Amsted Rail as a customer. Michael Lang purchased approximately $12,000 of product, which USPE shipped via federal express in November. It was delivered to an address in Michigan (10711 Northend Avenue, Ferndale, MI). It was apparently signed for by "L Brown." Their payment terms were Net 30 days. Around the 30th day, we still had not received payment, which is around the time that Michael Lang tried placing another order with USPE for around $95,000. We didn't fulfil that order because they hadn't paid for the $12,000 order. Our sales rep got suspicious, and rather than communicating with "Michael Lang" at the phone number and email he was given, he called Amsted Rail directly and was told that the the email address and phone number he was given was not associated with their company in any way, they don't have a "Michael Lang" and they had not ordered any product from USPE, and that it was a scam.

While we understand there is likely very little we can do to re-coupe our $12,000 worth of product, we wanted to make the ScamPulse.com aware of this scam. I do not know what type of business or operation is working out of 10711 Northend Avenue but someone at that location signed for our shipment of product (delivery date was 11/15/22). Please know that we are NOT faulting the real Amsted Rail for this, as this scammer clearly took their name and identity.

I bought two dog beds $50.00 each never got them they won’t call or text or email me back they sent me two calligraphy pens! So my best friend also bought one and they sent her a calligraphy pen too. So I spent 100.00 for two dog beds and got two calligraphy pens that I don’t want. I’m super upset and they won’t call me back.
