A Facebook ad was made to look like Dillards Dept Store ads with handbags half priced. I placed an order with my gift card and noticed no sales tax was added once the transaction was completed. I then realized this wasn't Dillards but "Dillardlovers" there isn't any information online regarding this company. I did receive a confirmation email with an email of "customerservice@goodsitesstore". When I looked this site up it confirmed it is a scam site.--- I spoke with a Danish at the Visa gift card service but was told they couldn't cancel payment--but he placed the card on hold and after 8 days if the merchant hasn't completed the transaction then I will be refunded.

I ordered a couch, prior to getting any information from them I emailed them and asked them to cancel the order. An hour after I told them to cancel it they sent me tracking information that was later found out to be fake. I asked them many times to provide me with US tracking numbers and they wouldn’t respond. I questioned them several times when it had been weeks after the promised delivery date and got no response. After 5 or 6 emails to them they finally responded telling me that my package was delivered to check the tracking information. The tracking said my package was on the other side of the country. I responded several times again telling them I wanted my money back because I also paid for shipping insurance. Finally after several more emails they told me they would refund less then half the price. I told them they needed to refund the whole amount since I didn’t get the package and I paid for the shipping insurance. They have not responded since and I have sent many emails to them requesting my money back since the start.

Very professional website and very experienced with wording. When asked to pickup a puppy in person the whole ball game changed! So beware this is a scam in the highest!

The product used to scam ********************************************************************************...⇄ The item was for $259.99 + $1.00 shipping fee on ********** . What came to $260.99 .Guotran3 has no contact at all with their victims after shipping their product using a fake *** Tracking Number : **************** . Guotran3 uses multiple different names on multiple wedsites to target people looking for a really good deal .

I'll take responsibility for being naïve; however, this website Ticket Center is so shady. I paid $403.00 for three tickets to see A Christmas Carol at a local theater. $120 were fees that I wasn't aware of. The tickets at Ticketmaster cost $45, but only a few seats were left. The link I clicked was to Ticketmaster then a few other links sent me to Ticket-Center.com. I don't order concerts or plays online, so I wasn't aware. I spoke to a representative about this, and he said yes, that's the price we charged you.

They kept asking for more and more information from me so I could transfer the tickets. So shady.

My husband placed an order with this company that I found through Google Shopping. We haven't received the order yet, which would be fine considering the holidays and shipping delays and such, except that: he didn't receive a confirmation email, there's no phone # listed, their address is a shop out in the woods of Alabama, and you receive an error message every time you try to send a message via the contact portal on their site. Below is a screenshot of the order confirmation page he received when he placed the order. Please help.

I ordered an excavator ride on truck for my son and I was given a legit tracking number. I went to check one day and the tracking info wasn’t there so I emailed the company to see if they knew. They wrote back and said it had been delivered and to check with postal service. I called the post office and gave them the tracking number. They said they delivered it on Friday in the mailbox. I said that’s impossible, it’s too big for the mailbox. They told me it was 9.4oz and added that I was probably scammed. I’ve written the company asking for a refund but haven’t heard back and don’t think I will. I’ve done a little digging and found other reports of people ordering the same truck and receiving a hat or scarf. I didn’t even get that much. I was very excited to give that truck to my son, I’m a little broken hearted I can’t now. Do not buy from this company!!

Scammer called from a withheld phone number. Thick accent. Claimed to be named Michael Brown with the Publisher's Clearing House. He said to call 210-988-6991 and to open a new checking account so they could "add the funds."

This is not a legitimate golf company. Customer are spending thousands of dollars. The Company keeps changing its name, and people are filing chargebacks, once they realize that their identity and money has been taken

There is not phone number available, and it appears that the business is a house.

This was a website looking like I was checking out for an item that had PayPal checkout. Except when it took me to the PayPal screen they had it set up for a friends and family payment I didn't even realize it was being sent this way it looked like any other PayPal checkout.

?To whom it concerns,

I have not received the product I ordered. The only communication I have received is an order confirmation on a November 24, 2022 stating that “you received my order” and a second email on November 30, 2022 stating “my order has shipped”. Upon following the tracking link provided in that email, it takes me to the USPS website where it says that “ the U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 1, 2022 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available”.

In my order in states that I paid for 2 day shipping. It has now been 19 days and still USPS has never received the item to ship.

Upon further digging, I have found that you mr company is a scam. You formerly operated under a business name called “Rosacare LLC”. Prior to purchasing, I looked up “5minskin” and the everything pointed to you being a legit site. Apparently that it because you had just changed your company name to 5minskin from Rosacare LLC after being reported to the Better Business Bureau for being a scam.

Not only have I not received my item, but there is no way to get in contact with a person. This email is to provide proof of another attempt to communicate with your company, since you cannot reach anyone via the phone number provided online.

Also, as you know, your product came with a 100% money back guarantee and a 90 day trial.

I want a full refund in the amount of $179.00 I have not received the product and I doubt I ever will. I will be speaking with my bank today and reporting you to the BBB.

I ordered a card from them waited over a month and started emailing them could not find a number anywhere. Per their site they’d reply within a day I waited a few weeks with multiple emails and FB messages and posts and no response.

I bought a Insta 360 GO 2 camera on the insta360 official website on black friday, But I haven't received it. I tried to contact customer service, but they didn't solve the problem for me, just alet me to try to contact the local delivery company. I Don't know what to do next? I feel like they lied to me.

Individual promised my son to make profits in bitcoin. He asked for his banking information and deposited funds into my sons account. He then gave instructions on how to use the money to invest in bitcoin. He promises victim 30% of profit from bitcoin transaction. Deposits made was fraudulent checks which caused our account to be financially compromised.

Scammer pretended to be an intuitive woman I follow on Facebook. They were offering me a reading. I was directed to a site called beingfit-online.com. the original payment of one dollar was offered for a 5 day trial period. If the trial period expired I would be charged 24.99 per month Once I payed the dollar I received an email stating my trial would end in one day and if not cancelled I would be charged $ 59.00. I immediately emailed back to ask for it to be cancelled. I then got an email back saying it was cancelled and my card would not be charged. Checked my account the next day and was charged. Had to cancel my bank card. Bank said they could not stop the payment from going through and I would have to dispute it after the payment has cleared.
