I ordered a craft room from Beneal.store. They took my money. then they sent me several emails of how my shipment was coming and when. It never arrived. then when I attempted to email them, no email would go out. After several attempts, I found another website they have with other merchandise barness.store. I then have sent many emails to the 'Contact me" site. Still nothing came back to me in return.

This company promises that you can order mystery duffle bags, boxes, bundles where they give you hundreds of dollars worth of items if you pay $5-$10. Then they send you nowhere near the amount that they promise you. I ordered several of these and should have received at least $800 worth of items. I received $120 worth (and that's high-balling the amount based on what they claim is full price for each item). I was missing several items in a previous order as well and emailed their customer service, all they did was tell me they'll give me store credit. I'm currently disputing the order I received that was grossly misrepresented, they are telling me that I have to send back what I received at my expense. So, PayPal is now having to reimburse me for the shipping costs for their lack of customer service. So now, they are taking money from PayPal as well because they have to shell out money since this company will not own up to their mistakes.

I went on Craigslist to purchase Taylor Swift tickets. The seller, listed under the name Juan Cruz Ramirez, had a posting for tickets for $800 (the posting has now been taken down). Attached below are receipts of our conversation. The seller told me that for both tickets it would be $900 and that he accepts payment over Zelle, and that he would send me the tickets via Vivid (a ticket app). Once I sent the $900, I never received the tickets. When I tried calling the seller, turns out he was using a burner phone number.

Ordered Keto F1 products for $218. Was told it would definitely work, money back guarantee. Took supplements for 1 month, did not work as they said. Returned bottles for money back guarantee, I paid for postage. Called back with the tracking number but was told I would only get refunded for the supplements that were not opened. Was told I would get refund of $72.04. Only received $40.05. Called customer service and was told there was a restocking fee of $8 per bottle, I returned 5. Was not told of restocking fee.

Scoop Soldiers requires your credit card number to schedule services but once you enter the credit card number you aren’t taken to a scheduling portal and there isn’t really a way to get ahold of anyone or request scheduling. When you call customer service they tell you they will schedule your service but they no call no showed the appointment and they now have my credit card number.

Placed order for Orthotic inserts & paid with FSA card money- we called continuously up until August of 2022 and were repeatedly told the order was shipping! Now website is gone & phone number is s scam!

Platform on Social Media which I still see ads for, i ordered ( also I added the insurance just incase) and immediately got a confirmation and when the package shipped I immediately received a tracking number, I've checked it every few days and today it said delivered in Honolulu Hawaii. I live in Statesville, NC, so i went and checked my order form and it definitely has my address not Hawaii. so I called USPS and they confirmed that they have had an issue with people using one tracking number and no one getting there packages. which they don't give me the address just the area code and city and state of where the package went so I googled it and every single home in the area is a multimillion dollar house, so I don't know

I searched for Cavalier puppies, this website came up on Google. I completed a questionnaire and they contacted me back via email. Immediately, I knew it was a scam. Grammar and the fact that they wanted the money Immediately and said they would ship the puppy that night. All of the interaction from them was not right so I did not complete the transaction. This site is a scam and the pictures and "testimonials" are fake. They wanted $400, and said on the website and via email that the puppies are half price, normally $960.

I responded to a craigslist ad for comedy show tickets. The scammer assured me that they would transfer the tickets via Ticketmaster after I sent them the payment through Zelle. Upon submitting my payment, the scammer ceased all contact. I never received the product and the phone number they provided was subsequently disconnected.

Facebook ad for snow boots seamed legit but they charged my credit card for more then they were suppose to when I tried to contact them everything kept coming up fake hyperlinks didn't work fake tracking numbers etc..

I ordered a toy off Facebook for my grandson and received a cheap scarf in the mail. The company simply states my product was delivered. 

This is a professional looking website selling miniature schnauzer puppies. There’s no phone contact, but many dog breeders don’t offer up their number at the get. Professional exchange of emails and pictures back and forth. They ignored requests for live video, but were otherwise wonderful and so much more responsive/professional than other breeders had been.. When it came time to get the $300 deposit they were suddenly over eager and asked me to “call the bank to push it through immediately. Tell the bank it’s for a family emergency.” After saying this twice, I started digging and found one site that labeled DW as a scam. I quickly canceled the Zelle transfer and emailed them back with a screenshot of the scam profile and stated “I have paused the deposit unless you can immediately live video with the puppy and explain this.” I haven’t heard back from them. They’re also inappropriately using the American Kennel Club logo.

I purchased a pair of Scarpa back country ski boots. Didn't receive an email containing what was purchased or a receipt. I finally received a tracking # several days later but still no order information. Today I received a fake Cartier ring with an unsigned card of authenticity but not the ski boots I purchased.

I found this company on Etsy and I went to the direct website to avoid etsy fees, after two weeks of not receiving anything. I emailed them to inquire about my order. They then told me that my order was getting prepared to be shipped, two weeks later still received nothing so I emailed again and asked for a refund. They did not respond about five emails went back-and-forth with them through three different locations, and not one of them was responded to so then I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Then I found their TikTok account and I’m not the only one there are hundreds of people that place orders with his company and they have not gotten a single dime back and they have not gotten their product.

Ordered and paid for a dress sept 12,2022 delivery was expected by end of October.

Contacted company about delivery; was told shipment would be early November

i saw a good price for an automatic kitty litter box advertised on Facebook. The price was $39.95 plus tax and shipping. The total price is listed at $44.98. I ordered it on 11/19/2022. they say they delivered it on 11/21/22, but I haven't received it. I tried calling the customer service # but I think they charged me for some other offer. it is order # ********** ***. i would either like the product sent to me, or I would like a refund. I purchased or thought two electronic pallets and received two knock off airpods

Ordered from website on Nov 26 after advertised a black friday deal ob tumblr. Promised a confirmation email within 30 minutes. Gave them time due to a massive holiday deal campaign. No confirmation email 3 days later. Attempted to email support twice with no response. 13$ gone and bank cant stop the transaction.

False advertising. Pay for shipping get a free pair of socks. Now there's a fee of $24.97 charged on my account. I see others have had this fee monthly. I will check into my account. I am on disability also, hoping for a little support from the socks and from you and from the scammers. Of course they changed their number.
