Facebook ad for Bombas socks on sale. I’ve purchased from Bombas before so I did notice the confirmation email was different. Didn’t really think about it since the order date of January 7. Confirmation email was from “Allyson”. No updates, no merchandise received. I sent them an email on January 19 and received a response they were “Out of office in a few days.” Some of the sentence structure in the email was very poor. It’s obviously a scam. The out of office email was from “Isabel Hale.” I called Bombas and they verified the order number is not a Bombas order number. I immediately disputed the charge with my credit card company (January 19) and notified the BBB.

What appeared to be a QVC ad popped up on my FB (and I do have an account with QVC, so didn’t think it hinky). Seemed like a great holiday sale on designer purses. The items arrived last night. Fake (and one is broken even). Sigh. Lesson learned.

I did think it odd that I didn’t get a confirmation email.

Ordered a laser engraver and received an ink pen. Contacted customer support and they said I had to mail it back at my own expense and when they receive it I would get a portion of what I paid $37 (minus what they paid in shipping). I am not alone on this scam. Many people received ear muffs or a hat. I am scared to even accept the $37 or if that is just an empty promise as well.

Reported long sleeve T-shirt was 100% cotton but was some sort of polyester sweatshirt ! Multiple reviews now that I didn’t see when I ordered of false advertisement

I ordered clothes online, but I never receive the packet. The tracking shipping information contain texts that look like Chinese.

Someone by the name of Jon Joseph bourgerie reached out to me on Instagram about bitcoin mining. Basically he asked me to put money into this account and now he's asking for a fee to take it out. I put $500.00 in initially. The phone number he is using is +234 807-961-5649

This Shane Beckford hacked into one of my IG friends account and used her video to make him look like he has a legit business that will make you money. This person that he hacked into is someone i know personally so I felt that the video was credible so I sent the $400.00 on th Cashapp under $funfact121. I reached out to my friend who told that it was all a scam so I requested the money back from him but he declined. I already reported the scam to Cashapp directly as well.

We tried to order flowers and they said our card was declined but the maoney was taken from accout.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts on nov 13, 2022. I never received them. I emailed the company, and they won't return my money. The company says that they shipped them on dec 10, 2022.

Received confirmation of order and nothing else. No response to my emails or voicemails (company name is not mentioned in their voicemail greeting). Order placed November 13, 2022. Order never received.

saw a keychain for sale on tiktok, bought it as a Christmas present on December 16th. I waited for my package, and it said it was shipped, but with no tracking number. It should have only taken a few days to ship, but it has now been a month. No one is responding to my emails or Instagram messages, and multiple comments across their social media are filled with other customers complaining that they have not received their products either, don’t have a tracking number, and aren’t being answered when they email the company for a refund or status update.

I purchased a golf mat from them, which never arrived after 40 days. They were unwilling to refund my money.

Also, my credit card was charged more than my order cost ($56 versus $46).

I ordered a ps5 on Leather lords and it took the money from my credit card, I now cant find the website or my purchase. I dont care if i recieve the ps5 i just want my money back. It seems like they got reported and the website got taken down after my order

Order placed 5 Jan. Emailed confirmation of order received same day. "Your order has shipped" email received 6 Jan with USPS tracking number, but package still showing as not picked up by USPS from Jamaica NY. Two emails have been sent requesting an update, with no response from them. The website does not have any phone number to call. Have searched extensively for "ShoeboxWorld" and "EmpirePlush" and cannot find any data about them.

I ordered a fireplace/tv stand off a offer that said Home Depot had , but the company was Opliaks. The clearance price of $49.98.

I ordered it never received it , when I tried to contact them by email, I was told they were sending it. Shortly after I received a small package with a small wallet card holder item. No note nothing I had no idea why I was receiving it. I made another email to them ( Opliaks) then I received a email from sersoppers ( Joey)

It said they were unable to ship the item I ordered because of cost, so in replacement for the item I ordered they sent me another item of more value, and showed it was delivered to me. He went on to say if I didn’t want that item I could sell it myself and get more money then what the item I ordered was. I have tried to email them again and his response is there nothing else they can do.

Product was leggings, ordered on December 17,2022. Sent several emails requesting info but received no response.

Foremost, I'm a customer of the real Hillsdale Furniture company (hillsdalefurniture.com in Kentucky) and I know they have retailers that sell their products. That being said, I assumed this was a retailer selling Hillsdale's items. However, seeing as how I placed the order on Sunday, January 15th, considered that this place may be closed on Monday due to the holiday, I assumed that I'd get an email for receipt of order followed by a confirmation of processing. I went back to website I purchased the item from, kidsurnituresale.com, to see if I can 'check order status' or call their office, there's only an address and a bizarre #. When I look up the address, it's a residence in Florida, not a furniture warehouse. At this point, I will have my bank flag the charge and put a fraud alert on my account.

I purchased a pair of boots from OrthoFit. They are too small and when I requested a refund they offered me $11.99 or ship them back to China! No where on the website does it say this…the return policy says “30 days”. Total scam!

I ordered 3 planter boxes and they sent toothbrushes.
