I sent $16,600 by wire transfer for 2013 Bob Cat Skid Loader S570 (unit, tax & shipping included). They stole my money. They used the name and address of a real company in Alabama however all other information about this company is FAKE.

I “purchased” a top from them on December 7. Everything on my order and communication from them claim it would be shipped in three days. According to their site, the shipping label was created on December 10. However, it’s now December 21 and it never shipped. I’ve been trying for over a week to reach them. I’ve called their customer service number during their posted customer service hours every day and several different times and every time I receive a voicemail. I’ve reached out by email to them with no response. I’ve also contacted them through Facebook messenger with no response. I noticed their Facebook page has not been updated since July. It is very clear at this point that it is a scam. I need to get my money back and warn others not to give this person or persons movie.

Found on Pinterest and ordered a craft cabinet for $59.95. Says it was delivered to post office. I received a pack of toothbrushes from online seller, 19799 E 36th Dr, Aurora, CO 80011. I received 10 toothbrushes instead of the cabinet. I kept the envelope. Do not do business with China is what I have learned. I wish I could get my money back.

I haven't used yet cuz I was smart enough to come here and look it up but it's the same thing that happened to what the other guy on here was saying. I just felt the deals were way too good because nowhere can you get a bullet proof vest for $5 or an army issued helmet for $5?

There is a tax free application app on the website. I filled it out at least 5 times because I qualify. Instead of simple approval after sending them them my ID they would send me a follow up email of the same stupid questions already input on my account. They would take beyond the stated approved time frame to reject my application and then reply to my email with questions that aren’t applicable to the circumstance. After I lost my patience with the “tax department” I contacted their customer service supervisor. It’s been over 3 days since that promised follow up from that representative and another question from their worthless tax department with the same repetitive, already answered questions. Their customer service is beyond trash. I have a history of purchasing through this site. I’ve had great experiences in the past BUT… from what I can reference… during 2022 they have taken a turn for the worst. DON’T use this site. It’s trash.

I ordered a loonie balloon launcher from a Facebook ad. This company added on extra balloons and took two payments from my debit card on Dec 2, 2022. I have never received any communication from this company or the products. I am a senior citizen and I believe this was a scam. Please help me.

Saw website puppies for sale! They said they needed 250 to hold puppy. Let us drive 11 hours to pick up puppies and the address was not them it was a new house people were just moving into that knew nothing about puppies for sale

We received a text message from an unknown person claiming to need 3-$100 Apple Cards to help someone. The targeted person went out to buy the 3 cards but never gave the scammer the numbers. Since they were not used Apple cannot refund them. Walgreens is who has to refund them. We have sent all the information and card numbers to Walgreens. They are refusing to cooperate even though we were told after we sent items in we would get our money back.

Can not get a hold of anyone live they hide behind some customer service company which I'm not sure if they are real. Can't track my package that I paid $41.98 for. They have not provide me with what company they shipped with. When I go to the tracking site it only states shipped as the status.

A Facebook ad was made to look like Dillards Dept Store ads with handbags half priced. I placed an order with my gift card and noticed no sales tax was added once the transaction was completed. I then realized this wasn't Dillards but "Dillardlovers" there isn't any information online regarding this company. I did receive a confirmation email with an email of "customerservice@goodsitesstore". When I looked this site up it confirmed it is a scam site.--- I spoke with a Danish at the Visa gift card service but was told they couldn't cancel payment--but he placed the card on hold and after 8 days if the merchant hasn't completed the transaction then I will be refunded.

I ordered a couch, prior to getting any information from them I emailed them and asked them to cancel the order. An hour after I told them to cancel it they sent me tracking information that was later found out to be fake. I asked them many times to provide me with US tracking numbers and they wouldn’t respond. I questioned them several times when it had been weeks after the promised delivery date and got no response. After 5 or 6 emails to them they finally responded telling me that my package was delivered to check the tracking information. The tracking said my package was on the other side of the country. I responded several times again telling them I wanted my money back because I also paid for shipping insurance. Finally after several more emails they told me they would refund less then half the price. I told them they needed to refund the whole amount since I didn’t get the package and I paid for the shipping insurance. They have not responded since and I have sent many emails to them requesting my money back since the start.

Very professional website and very experienced with wording. When asked to pickup a puppy in person the whole ball game changed! So beware this is a scam in the highest!

The item was for $259.99 + $1.00 shipping fee on ********** . What came to $260.99 .Guotran3 has no contact at all with their victims after shipping their product using a fake *** Tracking Number : **************** . Guotran3 uses multiple different names on multiple wedsites to target people looking for a really good deal .

I'll take responsibility for being naïve; however, this website Ticket Center is so shady. I paid $403.00 for three tickets to see A Christmas Carol at a local theater. $120 were fees that I wasn't aware of. The tickets at Ticketmaster cost $45, but only a few seats were left. The link I clicked was to Ticketmaster then a few other links sent me to Ticket-Center.com. I don't order concerts or plays online, so I wasn't aware. I spoke to a representative about this, and he said yes, that's the price we charged you.

They kept asking for more and more information from me so I could transfer the tickets. So shady.

My husband placed an order with this company that I found through Google Shopping. We haven't received the order yet, which would be fine considering the holidays and shipping delays and such, except that: he didn't receive a confirmation email, there's no phone # listed, their address is a shop out in the woods of Alabama, and you receive an error message every time you try to send a message via the contact portal on their site. Below is a screenshot of the order confirmation page he received when he placed the order. Please help.
