I ordered the bogo free sets of cast iron cookware for 49.99. Received 5 weeks later some small plastic kitty shelf the size of my hand. The delivery tracking said it came from China. Emailed the one listed on the website and it came back undeliverable. The email I got listing my receipt of original purchase is able to be emailed but after emailing for over a week, nothing in return. Going to try to see if my credit card will refund the money, but it’s been a while so I’m not sure they will. The original ad came from pinterest that I bought from.

They advertise as being in South Carolina USA made. Free returns. I now find out they're in Dubai and they say it's expensive to return there!! I am having a great deal of trouble getting a return and refund initiated. THEY ARE LYING ABOUT EVERYTHING! Plus NO tags inside clothing staying where they're made. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUT ONLINE FROM FACEBOOK

I checked out the websites instagram and it took me to @rosefeelsoffical , there is nothing on the account and they follow multiple Saudi Arabia accounts so it felt fishy. I contacted them a few days ago and haven’t received any email and my package is also 17 days late! They offer customizable jewelry and don’t have a lot of info on their website about them.

They use the names of The Jacket Factory and an alias (from email) of [email protected]. You pay with Paypal. No order confirmation sent. No one answers the phone or emails. They disappeared with my money.

I placed an order for a hooded sweatshirt and a T-shirt on November 6, 2022 and never received either one. My credit card was charged $30.90 for that order that I never received. Also on December 1, 2022 I noticed another charge from sunshine sisters company for $15.95 and after researching it stated that I signed up for a monthly VIP T-shirt which I absolutely did not

I purchased a wig from a site on Amazon, called minewigs.com. The wig I received is of poor quality and very cheaply made.

Contained form for ordering flyers mandatory to be posted with regulations for employees. NOT CERTAIN IS A SCAM - BUT CONCERN IS THAT THE MAIL WAS ADDRESSED TO THE NAME OF A FORMER EMPLOYEE ... OR ... TO CURRENT OWNER / MANAGER OF BUSINESS. I OPENED AS AM OWNER AND MANAGED THIS BUSINESS SINCE MAY 2010. THERE IS NO WAY FOR ANYONE OUTSIDE THE BUSINESS TO OBTAIN THE NAME OF THAT EMPLOYEE, WHO WAS NOT INVOLVED IN PAYROLL OR ANY OFFICE ACTIVITY. THAT EMPLOYEE WORKED FOR MY BUSINESS APPROX 8 YEAR AGO, AND MY BUSINESS NO LONGER HAS EMPLOYEES (SINCE 2021). PLEASE ADVISE IF ANY OTHER BUSINESSES HAVE HAD SIMILAR MAIL / CONTACT AND IF THE BUSINESS SENDING MAIL IS IN FACT LEGITIMATE. MY CONCERN ALSO IS THAT THE FORMER EMPLOYEE OR SOMEONE ELSE HAS FRAUDULANTLY USED HIS/HER NAME RELATED TO MY BUSINESS

They sell christmas trees online under this company name and i later found out that there are others selling this same tree too. I paid for a christmas tree and recieved a scarf in the mail. They took their money the same day i ordered the tree which was November 16th 2022. They advertise on facebook ads

I ordered 2 Christmas trees that were on sale and received a package of toothbrushes. They keep telling me that my order was delivered and to ask my neighbor if they received it by mistake

Clicked on Facebook ad for an adult size dog bed for humans. There were two sizes. I ordered “60” inch bed. Three weeks later in the mail I received what wasn’t worth 2.00 a data cable set from Amazon. They did a bait and switch, I paid for a bed they ordered from Amazon a days csble set. Then I emailed them and they sent this long letter about how they were sorry they sent the wrong item. Please send the wrong item back and we will correct it. Post office said they were getting complaints about this scam

Someone called claiming to be from Amazon, and proceeded to say that my credit card didn’t go through for the purchase of a new IPhone 14, which I didn’t try to purchase. I then asked when was it denied so I told him, hold on let me call Amazon, so he hung up.

I had tried buying an electronic ironman helmet from the website after seeing an ad for the product on tiktok. I had my suspicions that it may have been a scam, but for $40 free shipping I assumed it may be legit. Rather than use a personal card I used a giftcard I had received (however I no longer have this giftcard). I placed the order and waited for more news. I had an order receipt through SHOP (an app that tracks your purchases) however 4 months later and it still only says "order placed". No tracking number, I can't get back onto the website, and despite my attempts to email them I've had no responses.

Tom cruz will offer ridiculous promotions on his Instagram story without fulfilling any his handholding promises. He just signs people up and doesn’t take care to actually help students.

Made online purchase and was charged rush fee on merchandise I never received 800.00and rush fee 500.00

The offer I found was for Bombas Socks.

The order came and the product style was all wrong. I contacted them and they said it would cost a lot for me to return, would I take a discount? I contacted my credit card and filed a dispute. I spent $133!

I did an online order with State Traditions located in Birmingham, Al and the order was never delivered. They continue to advertise and take orders and haven't shipped anything in a year. I have emailed, called messages on social media and no response.

Purchased yard cards in August 2022 that I was told would be delivered in 2 weeks. After a month I had not received them and I followed up. I was told I would have them by the end of the week. Then I never heard anything. This continued several times of asking for an update and being told end of the week. Finally I realized this did not make any sense. I asked for a refund which I was told would be processed but never was. Owner said they would refund and deliver the products free of charge due to all the issues. Neither happened. I did dispute with credit card company and they did cover the issue. Google reviews shows others being scammed recently. This person must be stopped.

I applied for a tablet at airtalk wireless and they charged me $22 for the tablet and then they denied my application and not refunding my $22 to my card and then I tried calling to dispute the transaction about what happened and they gave me the runaround so I had to go this far because of what happened about my experience with air talk wireless

I had bought some clothes from a company I found on TIK TOK. They (Shekou) said it was a pre-order and that it would tale 6-12 weeks with 5-10 days for shipping. The order was confirmed on February 15th, 2022, Order #127611. I have reached out to this company numerous times through email, social media, and their website. They keep blaming "Covid Shipping Issues" as the problem and refuse to give me a refund in any fashion. I email them with how many weeks have passed since I originally placed my order and still no response. I have not received any shipping information, any updates, or let alone the items I ordered. I want my money back and they are trying to steal from thousands of people. As of December 1st, 2022 it has been 41 weeks since I placed my order. If proof of emails are needed I can send those in as well. Please help me. My first email to them was sent 3 months after I originally placed the order. It was sent on 5/16/2022. This was a pre-order shipment and I understood I would have to wait a little longer to receive my items, but nearly a YEAR is ridiculous and they do not respond to any inquiring emails. I have contacted my bank and there's nothing they can do because it was so long ago. I don't know what else to do to get my money back. $74 is a lot of money to just give away to a stealing business and I am NOT happy as a consumer.
