The company was selling this beautiful 7.5 ft Magic Christmas Tree for $49.95 and offering free ornaments. I received a scarf in the mail and sent numerous emails to the company asking where my tree is and no response to any of my emails. They do not have a phone number or address for their company on the website, only means of contact is via email. My lesson learned to always make sure they are reputable before purchasing something

Bought a suitcase on 10/27/22 on website: nineallaone.com.

According to my order documents my address is correctly listed on my receipt. I had a tracking number to follow my delivery and it arrived to a PO BOX in a different state a few days ago. Per USPS my item was never addressed to my residence and had be intended to go to that PO Box from the beginning.

Ordered a silicone doll and accessories that was advertised to be “lifelike”. Received a plastic doll. Complained and they offered $5-8 off the purchase price. This was not acceptable and I just want to return it. They say it’s from China, although they have a Missouri address. Agreed to have it returned at my expense, paying for first class shipping to China!!

Purchased a custom painted phone case on February 16, 2022. Estimated time disclosed to receive the product was 6 months. It’s now been almost 10 months and nothing received. I’ve sent multiple emails and multiple instagram messages to the seller, and cannot get a reply. I’ve requested money back several times. I’ve even called the number on the website, which takes you directly to a voice mail and you never hear back. Attempted to dispute with my bank that I paid with and since it’s been longer than 6 months, they cannot dispute it. Absolutely a rip off

Saw an add on Instagram, clicked the linked and was directed to website www.boxergreen.com. Placed an order, received a confirmation number and a few days later got an email with a tracking number. I continued to track the package and after a few weeks, it said it was delivered. It was not delivered. I've sent several emails to the two email addresses given - one in the tracking email and one from the order confirmation on the website. No response. The tracking website reviews all say orders were never received and it's a scam. The phone number on the website is +447723598988. Not an 800 number.

Some sale ads came popping up on my Instagram account, saying huge sale for Samsonite luggage sets, which I purchased and it gave me an confirmation email and order number. But when I tried to follow up for the delivery date there was no phone number associated and the email address was not associated with Samsonite as well and their fake website turned out to be a deceptive website with the warning of possible information theft. So I called the original Samsonite customer service and they said they do not have this order number or email address in their system and it was a total scam. I called my bank immediately and Im pursuing this fraud/scam here as well. And I have all the emails, purchase confirmation, payment receipt, and other documents if needed and I'll provide them.

The interesting thing is that they try to fake sale “Samsonite” luggages and using another brands name “aldo” for their fake website “aldostores.shop” and the location said Singapore.

On 10/27/2022, I purchased an oversize dog bed on zbotas.com for $46.98. (Order #221027002604805, tracking #AG598167479CN) The item supposedly was shipped and then delivered on 11/14/2022, but I never received the item. All attempts to contact the seller have been fruitless, all emails to customer support have been returned as undeliverable. I have all confirmation emails regarding the order, tracking history and "delivery (which never happened).

Purchased a necklace set and ring on September 4th, 2022. A few week goes by and I’m noticing the item hasn’t shipped yet. I shoot them a DM on IG. They said that what I ordered takes longer to ship because it is handmade. I got a text from someone on October 4th and they worked for Berna Peci and they told me that the item is currently out of stock and they’re making a new one for me. I told them great because I really want those pieces. On Thursday, November 14th, I contacted them again via text and DMs. I only got one DM back and they asked for my order number. I haven’t gotten no replies yet. I sent an email too.

Purchased goods. Was told shipper had a problem. I was notified that there was an issue but it cleared I payed no attention. Then the currier demanded 220 as refundable insurance upon receipt of goods. Reluctantly paid. Then was told I have a 150$ warehousing fee for an item smaller than half a shoe box and less then a pound in weight. Now goods and money are trapped because I refuse to send any more money.

I saw a listing for a Yamaha Baby Grand piano for free on FB Marketplace. (I know I know..too good to be true. Should have known...)>> Proceeded to inquire about it through marketplace. A "sister" responds and directs me to reach out to her sister who owns the piano using the following gmail address "[email protected]">> Seemed legit then but in retrospect smart since they are not taking you out of the "zone of safety" and into a personal email space >.> I email the sister stating my interest. >> DR CARLY's response: Hi. How are you doing?.. Hope your day is going on fine..''Yamaha Baby Grand Piano'' used to be owned and played by my husband who is now deceased and it was last tuned November last year before he passed, I'm almost done moving my properties and I don't think my husband will be happy if I sell his piano, at the same time I'm not happy seeing it around because of less storage i have in my new house, so I'm hoping to give it out to someone who is a passionate lover of the instrument. The first lady who I thought was going to get it didn't show up at she promised and I wasn't going to leave it alone in an empty house.. it's currently going to be with the movers I employed to move my properties from my house.. which is it's on the move.. if you really don't mind making new arrangements with the movers, I can attempt to get in touch with them to reroute it, this should not attract too many charges since the distance can be recovered within a day or 2..I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but do let me know if you wish that I get through to the movers. Just so you know I'm not giving out a scrap or a waste. It’s in good shape. Thanks Dr. Carly>> 3rd sign I saw but ignored was her poor grammar. She's a doctor, she should be able to write more professionally. >> I responded back with my condolences, confirmation that I will take care of her piano and asking her clarifying questions about 1. If I have to pay for anything 2. When it can be available for pick up.>> DR CARLY's response: Thanks for the response. Your kind words are so much appreciated.I got through to the mover and I have informed them to move the Piano back..All you need to do is to contact them and make new arrangements as regards to the rerouting process and let them know when you want it to be delivered. I also would like you to take some pictures when it arrives at your house and send them.. The rep said you should present this Referral ID YM1NEYOZZ to an agent via their live chat on their website at www.fslogisticsgroup.com to initiate a reroute.. Let them know Dr.Carly refers you to them and give me feedback. Thanks. Dr.Carly >> at this point, I knew it was a scam. Who sends a link with a promo code? I checked ScamPulse.com and saw a similar steinway baby piano scam. Bye DrCarly or whoever you are. Note: fsmlogistics.com is a legit website, so they get clever points for coming up with fslogistics.com. Hopefully noone else falls for this scam. It sucked up a good hour of my morning.

I am reporting MyTechBestFriend upon the discovery of an unresponsive, unregulated, unsanctioned business, run as a tech services boot camp. After the discovery of lack of accreditation, and several attempts to get a refund, the business went unresponsive.

Inquired about the legitimacy of the business through appropriate channels such as the TWC to verify the business was approved by the state and confirmed the business is unregulated. Also, the state of Texas prohibits contracts by unregulated career schools, academies, or courses. When inquired there was no response.

Boot camp participants filed several FTC complaints due to unresponsiveness, lack of fulfillment of the services and goods as promised, and legitimacy concerns. The website shows the business owner as having experience in several areas offered in the program, but companies have confirmed the experience is not true.

I and many others are requesting that the FTC investigate the bootcamp for its facilitation of copyright infringement, fraud, and for broader harms that the company may already be upholding. Based on the Texas Workforce Commission, the bootcamp does not make available their outcomes reports and when asked there is no response. They may be failing to conduct even basic oversight of its hundreds of cohorts, putting students at risk and necessitating immediate action from the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, and the Texas Workforce Commission.

As boot camp participants and students, we received an educational product that fell far short of what was marketed, with advertised jobs and mentorships—let alone six-figure salaries—proving illusory. I was unaware and defrauded by this unregulated program that also pulled content from major companies and added surcharges.

And by the time I could realize the depth of this fraud, lies by omission and little embellishments, the school/program is partially finished and now involved in several news articles and all over Twitter and TikTok for scams and fraud.

The program's predatory nature leans on the fact that students may be unaware of industry boot camp programs and the contract relies on the lack of experience of boot camp agreements by industry boot camps. It specifically targeted its program toward economically vulnerable students.

The program has already leveraged the smokescreen of positive rhetoric and novelty surrounding a "6 figure career" to lock students into predatory contracts. The “boot camp” is nothing more than a predatory scheme to trap hundreds of students into lofty but false promises of high-paying jobs in the tech sector.
